1. You should have standards and if someone cannot meet those standards then that person isn’t the one for you. At the end of the day everyone deserves to be respected. The women who are insecure and broken themselves are the ones who go back to the guys with the bad boy persona. I’ve been there and done that but that doesn’t get my attention now.
2. Compliments are fine, obviously not to the point that it’s flattery.
3. Selfishness to a certain extent for example you have to love yourself first before anyone else can so if you are using time for that it’s totally understandable. And even the time you use on yourself isn’t selfish but it’s nothing wrong with compromising. I do not love selfish men lol, I love a men who is generous and is transparent. He can have confidence I would treat him the same way.
Same thing happened with me and a girl, started a new job couple weeks ago. I've got friendly with a few ppl, but obviously I'm more to myself. Ive hardly uttered a word to this girl, but whenever I'd see her she'd give me some look, or she'd try to get onto me about how fast I work.
So one of the days , she started acting up, so I said to her, why are you acting aggy with me? She went silent and started slamming stuff. 2 days later,I see her and her ENTIRE attitude changed, acting nice, and apologising for small things. Idc how long you've been here, I'm not having ppl talk to me in certain ways
I had a similar situation, she keeps looking at you so she can get free validation, i had a girl keep look at me and I went up to her simp friend to ask him to help pick boxes and she turned her body so she can ignore me but in reality I ignored her.
