I stopped watching after the 1st point for a few reasons; for one, what if it's not that the guy is being too nice, if not that he doesn't persist in the first place. I'll use my example currently; I'll try to start conversations with many females on dating apps as well as facebook, and 8 times out of 10 they won't even respond in the first place, and if they do it doesn't hardly go anywhere, and they up just ghosting me, and then like I said I don't persist obviously. So basically most of the time it doesn't even get to the point where I can be too nice like you said other than maybe taking them on the first date and treating IF it even gets to that point like I said. My second point, these dumb don't stop to think and maybe give the guy the benefit of the doubt that he may have other options even though he's coming on strong, or really does like her? In other words, their can be a girl that I'm really into, it has nothing to do with being thirsty or not having options, ect. That's why I can't ever get into what some gurus like yourself be talking about, because it's usually some cliche stuff or doesn't take into account other factors, ect.
