Okay, for those of you who are NOT big into DC or its characters, or maybe you are and just wanted to know who all these characters are, here's a list of all the characters in this countdown (if you couldn't read the names above the life bars) and a bit of a synopsis for each of them. Get ready for a block of text. 29. Wonder Woman - Princess Diana of Themyscira, Amazon warrior who wields a lasso that forces you to speak the truth, indestructible gauntlets, a boomerang tiara, and a sword and shield. 28. Black Canary - Dinah Drake, martial artist with an ultrasonic scream that is powerful enough to crack earth and solid metal. 27. Robin - Damian Wayne (Batman's son), the 5th to take the role; also holds the title of Nightwing. (See #5 for abilities) 26. Doctor Fate - Kent Nelson, the 1st to hold the title; powerful magician who utilizes the energies in his helmet, cloak, and Amulet of Anubis, which all display the Egyptian symbol of the ankh. 25. Firestorm - teenager Jason Rusch and physicist Marin Stein molecularly fused into one body; can emit flames of intense heat, fly, and rearrange molecules in any material, effectively transmuting them (ex. he can turn a dangerous meteorite into harmless water). 24. Blue Beetle - Jaime Reyes, the 3rd to take the title; alien scarab created by the Reach grafted onto his spine gives him armor, flight, strength, the ability to create weapons from his body, and fire lethal beams of energy. 23. Poison Ivy - Pamela Isley, trained botanist infused with plant toxins and pheromones; can secrete said toxins and pheromones to kill or control, is immune to toxins and pathogens, and can manipulate plant life to her will. 22. Scarecrow - Dr. Jonathan Crane, professor of psychology who utilizes a special gas to induce his victims' worst fears. 21. Gorilla Grodd - super-intelligent, telepathic gorilla. Not much else to say. 20. Green Arrow - Oliver Queen, billionaire businessman and master archer, acrobat, athlete, martial artist, escapologist, and swordsman; can fire numerous trick arrows with incredible accuracy and dexterity. 18. Cheetah - Barbara Ann Minerva, the 2nd to hold the title; granted superhuman speed and strength, and appearance of humanoid cheetah by the plant god Urzkartaga. 17. Brainiac - Vril Dox, cybernetic, super-intelligent Coluan who can mimic Kryptonian abilities, fire energy beams, control technology, and project robotic tendrils from his body that can electrocute his enemies. 16. Atrocitus - leader of the Red Lanterns; has super strength and durability, can create red energy constructs from his ring powered by his imagination and boundless rage, and--like all Red Lanterns--vomit his own boiling-hot blood to melt his foes, but the blood cannot be replaced (if all of a Red Lantern's blood has been spewed out and the ring is removed, the energy sustaining him will burst out and the Red Lantern will become a shriveled corpse); also has shamanistic magic granted by the Empire of Tears, but rarely uses it. 15. Superman - Kal-El/Clark Kent, the Man of Steel; has superhuman strength, speed, durability, and longevity granted by his Kryptonian heritage plus Earth's weaker gravity compared to Krypton, can fly, fire lasers from his eyes, can freeze anything with his breath, and has other extrasensory abilities (x-ray, telescopic, infrared, and microscopic vision). He can only be harmed by a radioactive green crystal called Kryptonite, irradiated when Krypton exploded, which drains his powers and immobilizes him with pain and nausea. 14. Bane - disgraced son of a revolutionary; enhanced strength, durability, and healing due to Venom serum, has a genius-level intellect and is skilled in hand-to-hand combat. 13. Green Lantern - Hal Jordan, one of thousands of beings inducted into the universal police force; is nearly indestructible, can fly, and can create green energy constructs from his ring powered by his imagination and sheer will. 12. Captain Cold - Leonard Snart, criminal and expert in cryonics; cold gun can freeze anything and anyone to absolute zero, create a cold field to stop any object in its tracks, form a slippery field of ice to trip his opponents or allow him to maneuver around them swiftly, and fire ice grenades that freeze anything in a large radius, among other things. 11. Catwoman - Selena Kyle, expert thief and skilled in hand-to-hand combat and gymnastics; mainly uses bullwhip and her suit's retractable claws; frequent love interest of Batman. 10. Swamp Thing - Dr. Alec Holland, scientist transformed into hideous half-plant monster in freak accident; has superhuman strength and durability, and can bend all forms of plant life to his will, whether as weapons, as means to shapeshift, or as means to create a brand new body whenever his current body is damaged or he just wants to travel, for example, to the other side of the planet. 9. Deadshot - Floyd Lawton, expert assassin and best marksman in the DC universe; wields a vast array of firearms, most notably his sniper rifle and his forearm-mounted machine guns. 8. Darkseid - ruler of the planet Apokolips and member of the New Gods; he is omnipotent, immortal, and has superhuman strength, speed, durability, and longevity (much like an actual god); can manipulate mass and energy; can teleport, use telekinesis, and use his Omega powers, most notably his Omega beams, which quickly and randomly change direction at very sharp angles, that he fires from his eyes or hands and can either blow an enemy away or disintegrate them. 7. The Flash - Barry Allen, forensic investigator and speedster, the 2nd to hold the title; connection to Speed Force grants him superhuman speed and endurance, the ability to vibrate his body fast enough to phase through objects, and travel through time via a cosmic treadmill. 6. Black Adam - Teth-Adam, ancient Egyptian predecessor to Captain Marvel/Shazam; magic lightning cast by magic word "Shazam!" grants him powers bestowed by the gods (Greek or Egyptian based on interpretation), such as superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and courage, flight, a genius-level intellect, immortality, and control over magic lightning as a weapon or means of casting spells. 5. Batman - Bruce Wayne, billionaire playboy, philanthropist, and owner of Wayne Enterprises; has a genius-level intellect, is an expert detective, is in peak physical and mental condition, is skilled in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat, and uses an assortment of high-tech equipment and gadgets. 4. The Joker - psychopathic criminal mastermind and expert chemist with an insatiable lust for destruction; arch-villain of Batman who kills with thematic props (such as a lethal joy buzzer, acid-spraying lapel flower, a deck of razor-sharp playing cards, and Jack-in-the-boxes with unpleasant surprises) and a toxin of his design that induces a fatal laughing fit in anyone who is affected. 3. Aquaman - Arthur Curry, king of the underwater city of Atlantis; has superhuman strength, speed, and durability, can breathe underwater, and can telepathically command any kind of fish to do his will; also wields a trident that can fire magical energy and manipulate water. 2. Harley Quinn - Harleen Quinzel, trained psychologist and skilled gymnast; is immune to various toxins and pathogens and uses weaponized props (most notably a large, goofy mallet); is also the longtime love interest of the Joker. 1. Supergirl - Kara Zor-El/Kara Kent, Girl of Steel and cousin of Superman; has the exact same powers and weaknesses as her cousin. Hope this was helpful.
I'll also separately note that Jay Garrick (The first Flash), John Stewart (Earth's third Green Lantern), Mr. Freeze, Reverse-Flash, Power Girl and Vixen also appear in this game as alternate skins. Red Hood (Jason Todd) has also been added to the game and we'll see Starfire and likely Black Manta in the near future.
If you had a bit more Red Lantern knowledge, you might have put Atrocitus a bit higher. During his finisher, he says the line , "Together with our hellish hate, We'll burn you all--that is your fate!" which is the last three lines of the Red Lantern Oath. The Oaths are a huge thing for Lanterns, and reciting it is an excellent nod to him and his corp. The blood puking thing is totally awesome too.
In my opinion, DC is better than Marvel comic wise. Movie wise, It would obviously go to Marvel. So if either side improved on their weakness, they would be unstoppable.
Grodd's Finisher was awful. This is the ultimate combo of brutal savagery and overwhelming genius, and all he does is whack him about a few times, lift him up and roar in his face?! I'm sure the game is fine, but that Finisher is very disappointing.
Definitely put Grodd last. I wouldn't stick Wonder Woman back there, just because the choreography with the lasso is so great. Black Canary's is jumping up, holding a pose while screaming, and then a downward punch. That's it.
Well personally I would've had had him savagely attacking the opponent while telekinetically overwhelming his opponent until said opponent is basically brain-dead before flinging the opponent to Gorilla City, where Grodd would then leap from a mountain with his face on it and onto his foe, with the screen cutting away as the gorilla tears his foe apart.
4:00 Another complaint: Firestorm isn't just some guy who shoots fire and nuclear explosions, he's a *transmuter!* Hell, in a JLA book I'm currently in the process of reading, the dude turns dark matter into marshmallow, how does Netherrealm not take advantage of that?!
I still think Attrocitus is better. I mean dude recites the Red Lantern oath, while Summoning the Avatar of Rage, the Butcher, to slam into you, before bathing you in Napalm blood. How does that not get you pumped.
I think it would have been better if the target was being bombarded by boiling blood attacks by the other red lanterns as Atrocitus recites the red lantern oath over it and when he says "that is your fate" he finishes the target off with the boiling blood
Not really, he left out the DLC characters like Hellboy, Enchantress, Raiden and the TMNT, though that last one may be cheating since all 4 use the same super move.
New 52 Blue Beetle was designed to throw as many middle fingers at the previous run as possible. I swear, and I only saw Linkara's overview during his Blue Skying retrospect.
I liken "New 52" to Star Wars Canon. It's either for you or it isn't, but at least you still have the old stuff to fall back on. Of course, I'll read whatever looks interesting...if anything, it may give me ideas for my own projects.
No kidding. But he does deserve more attention considering he(sort of) flew TO THE EDGE OF THE UNIVERSE AND BACK IN ONLY ONE YEAR! But yeah, kinda forgettable nevertheless.
+Neo Machine You're thinking Doctor Strange from Marvel Comics. But I can actually see how you'd get confused. They both go by Doctor, and both use magic. It seems like it's be fairly easy to get them mixed up from time to time. Or maybe you're just making a joke, and I ruined it. In that case, sorry!
My friends defense for Damian. "Damian has grown as a character and even though he’s made his mistakes he is still good" He didn't go in depth but I agree with him. Damian isn't that bad.
I hate Injustice Damian, but love comics Damian. Also, Firestorm isn't really a pyrokinetic; his primary power is altering matter. His attack should be more creative than just blasting people.
My personal favorite interpretation of Damian is the one in the animated movies... Since he actually undergoes this thing known as "Character Development".
Side Note: As a DC Fan i will question one thing - Superman is not the strongest charcter in Injustice 2 (in terms of comics) - Doctor Fate and Swamp Thing are much more powerful then Supes
Still among the strongest. Like, of the characters you think of when you think DC Superheroes. And he's correct in saying that it doesn't do his potential justice.
Unfortunately, I think Aquaman gets outdone by his own stage's (Atlantis's) stage transition. Not only is the monster so much larger and more powerful, it's flat out BEAUTIFUL. In these Injustice games, the stage transitions outperform at least half the super moves. An advantage they have is that they all come with a sense of speed and distance, since the players actually have to wind up in a different place, instead of boomeranging back to position. I think they should get included in any Injustice countdowns. But I understand Josh wanted to keep this character-focused.
I think this is a good video. You make some good points about each move. I only have two complaints: first, it would have been nice if we could see each super moves names. Second, the Cheetah segment. "Hi Vega!" That's it? That's all you have to say? Dude, you can hear the opponent's spine SNAPPING on the last hit. Why didn't you mention that? This segment just felt... empty. Other then that, nice video.
My 10 personal favorites (in no particular order): 1. Harley Quinn (probably the best one for me) 2. Superman (never got tired of the "Man of Steel" visuals, never will!) 3. Supergirl (eat your heart out, Supes) 4. Robin (probably my favorite, mainly because I have a thing for swords) 5. Aquaman (and that's why Aquaman isn't and was never lame) 6. Joker (good. gravy...) 7. Red Hood (eat your heart out, Deadshot) 8. Catwoman (never tick off a woman with a whip and a motorcycle) 9. Swamp Thing (Bane called; he wants his signature move back!) 10. Deadshot (I'm not sure how that rifle can stay in the air for that long, but I still wouldn't mess with him) Also, sorry Josh and haters, but Damian is best Robin.
Josh, I stopped watching your videos for months until now, when this video was in my recommended list. I must say, this was a great video that is as high quality as your old videos! So, yeah. Great video, dude: 10/10
I got this video in my recommended list and was wondering why I never saw it before I remembered that RUclips had decided to unsubscribe me from this channel a couple years back and it took me a LONG time to notice.
Damian, the worst Robin ever. Seriously why brice let his kid be Robin I will never know. "Hey, I have no one else to ne Robin, so why don't I let my son do it?"
Scarecrow hyper should've been the Relius Clover of Injustice 2 Relius Astral heat shows a difference way that he bounds people, till the moment the door closes. Scarecrow is just dissapointing hyper.
I can see why you'd conclude Cheeta's finisher is a Street Fighter rip-off (And that's coming from somebody who hasn't played the game too often to know its' lore). Maybe utilize the predatory implications of that character and have her bite the opponent's arm like a cheeta would tear into an antelope or something.
I can't help it. Every time Harley says anything, all I can think if is a certain purple smart. Also 14:35: A mandatory Josh refuses to accept any time travel situation that doesn't directly lead to end of the universe moment.
Good to see countdowns are back Josh, though it sucks about the editing errors. Plus, it's no wonder Blue Beetle has some good sass, he's voiced by Pit! On a side note, what do you think of Red Hood's Finisher?
I wouldn't put Wonder Woman in last, just because the choreography with the lasso is so great. Black Canary's is jumping up, holding a pose while screaming, and then a downward punch. That's it. I definitely put Grodd last.
" we all hate Damian , right?" Not after reading his comics and actually studying his character. It's funny how people go through a phase in the Batman fandom, they hate the sidekick until he gets a title on his own. Funny, how people worship Tim drake though, he's the most boring of the robin's TBH
Blue Beetle is my absolute favorite superhero and even I agree that his super is underwhelming. The Scarab has almost no limits to what it can create, and this just felt so... standard.
Probably mentioned already (way too many comments to scroll through to see) but if anyone is curious: caption around 15:56 says "It's like the Bat-Signal on Crack!!!" Damn you and your "blink and you'll miss it" edits Josh xD
"You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?" If the Arkham series has taught us anything, the Joker isn't afraid of death as much as being forgotten. It's probably more difficult than one would think, but don't comics exist for a reason? Have their fears shown then they turn into a truck-size fist or something.
Cyborg finisher Josh: Seriously, what is that? Me: I'm with you Josh, that laser needed a more electro-shock mixed with a Star Wars laser gun shot...Basically something that wasn't...THAT
eh I find myself disagreeing with you on wonder woman's part. It pretty much does what you say you wanted from the finishers. -Decent sound design (the first thud from the person landing sounds especially crunchy) -She uses 3 of her weapons in quick succession (lasso, followed by successive shield throws, and culminating with both shield and sword into a final kick). -fast and over the top animations from her kicking the person and swooshing up to hit them back down. Though I'm willing to admit I think the animation of her transitioning from ground to air is a bit rushed. -I especially like her using the lasso and wrapping it around the leg to help pull the person back in. I'm not an expert in using a lasso and I'm not entirely sure if this is better than simply just yanking them back with 2 hands, but dang it looks cool. -how can you not like how she's able to catch both the sword and shield after sticking the landing on the person's likely shattered ribcage. This styling with the weapons was something you gave deadshot praise for, but not wonderwoman? -"not true to the character" huh, you were expecting explosions from a character who was breed around combat using multiple mid-close range weapons at once? If anything, I feel as though the simplicity helps emphasize her efficiency as a warrior capable of both lethal and non-lethal combat. The fact she's able to subdue someone without simply just relying on the blade to cut the head off is giving WW a good bit of credit with her control over combat tactics.
Here’s a question, will you be updating this with the fighter pack characters like red hood, sub zero, and more, or will you wait for it tell fighter pack 3 comes out
4 года назад
-the way Superman poses at 9:48 reminds me of that cartoon scene...the one with the "world of cardboard" speech. -the way Green Lantern HITS the other guy with the HEAD of the giant robot he's conjuring up is hilarious! it made me laugh too!
Superman's finisher definitely could've used something more. He has laser vision, he burned his demension's Shazam's brain out for mentioning his Lois. Not too mention super-strength...hit them with boulders or something.
You know what I'm surprised not to see in injustice 2 a static shock dlc didn't we all watch the series when we were young and that catch phrase ohh just the 200 milligrams of nostalgia please
2:11 - _Let me sing you the song of my people mother fucker!_ 3:19 - You know a character is irredeemably bad when they make someone reference Batman & Robin.... 5:34 - _Watch me now! I'm just a mean green mother from outer space_ _And I'm BAD! I'm just a mean green mother, a real disgrace, and you've got me fightin' MAD!_ _I'm just a mean green mother from outer space! Gonna trash your ass! Gonna rock_ _this place! I'M MEAN AND GREEN! And I am BAD_ 8:14 - I was thinking "Maximum Spider" myself :3 9:04 - And it turns out he was reciting the last few lines of the Red Lantern Oath, very nice touch... 11:56 - _Gonna take you for a Ride! Dada-Dada-Da-Da!_ 13:31 - Not gonna lie, this is my absolute favorite of the bunch....though that's probably because Darkseid is arguably my "main". I am a disgusting person XD 16:53 - Eh it's alright but it's still not as impressive as tossing a polar bear at people.... 17:37 - And now we have my second favorite :3
There is a guy called 4thsnake that really and I mean REALLY hates the Injustice games and modern Mortal Kombat games. He did a whole critique of MK9, MKX, and Injustice.
Okay, for those of you who are NOT big into DC or its characters, or maybe you are and just wanted to know who all these characters are, here's a list of all the characters in this countdown (if you couldn't read the names above the life bars) and a bit of a synopsis for each of them. Hope this was helpful.
This list was very informative, thank you.
+Jeremy Perez Why, you're quite welcome. I made a few edits to simplify things if you're interested.
One problem with this. The Firestorm in the game isn't Ronnie Raymond. It's Jason Rusch.
Oops. I did not catch that. Allow me to change that.

The Oaths are a huge thing for Lanterns, and reciting it is an excellent nod to him and his corp.
The blood puking thing is totally awesome too.
Daffyhat and let's not forget that he summons the embodiment of rage itself to slam into you. When I first say that, I lost all of my shit.
Antonio Wirt well, yeah. I only brought up the Oath because he mentioned the Butcher in his description of the animation.
the Butcher entity and last verses of our glorious oath are indeed nice touches to the finisher
Take a shot every time Josh says okay
Henshin! .....Worth a shot.
Ya ever think Kefka is a more flamboyant joker? wait
Wow, i didn't expect you to be here Marcos.
Marcosatsu my names josh
Better yet take a shot every time he nitpicks
In my opinion, DC is better than Marvel comic wise. Movie wise, It would obviously go to Marvel. So if either side improved on their weakness, they would be unstoppable.
corey migatz So maybe they should bring the Algamax universe back problem solved!
corey migatz marvel needs to ditch the sjw bs they got in the comics. Rebirth is destroying them.
jiskool1, I agree. Lets just hope that the MCU won't become complete SJW.
On a side note: Still waiting for another crossover event between DC and Marvel.
What about tv shows :D
Grodd's Finisher was awful. This is the ultimate combo of brutal savagery and overwhelming genius, and all he does is whack him about a few times, lift him up and roar in his face?! I'm sure the game is fine, but that Finisher is very disappointing.

Yeah. Wonder Woman's wasn't the best, but at least she used the Lasso of Truth and, like you said, the choreography looks awesome.
To be fair vie tried to think of a better move for him but all are similer to the one we got, mostly him bashing them up and telekenesis a few times
This isn't mortal kombat! Their super moves not fatalities, but clearly you have a better imagination than me
So cathartic seeing Harley's finisher used against Joker. After everything she's gone through in that relationship, he deserves every moment of it.
Also wasn't jason partnered with a girl named Gehnna for a time. And did the original half of the firestorm matrix, Ronnie Raymond.
They did story but...you’re right they could have some way of using it
I still think Attrocitus is better. I mean dude recites the Red Lantern oath, while Summoning the Avatar of Rage, the Butcher, to slam into you, before bathing you in Napalm blood. How does that not get you pumped.
That's kind of the point.
+The Fan Without a Face I know. But sometimes the point is absolutely terrifying.
I know right? Atrocitus’ super move is number 1.
I thought that was hellfire he was spewing but same results
I think it would have been better if the target was being bombarded by boiling blood attacks by the other red lanterns as Atrocitus recites the red lantern oath over it and when he says "that is your fate" he finishes the target off with the boiling blood
Top 29?! And its about all the finishers from injustice 2? Hell yeah!!!
Not really, he left out the DLC characters like Hellboy, Enchantress, Raiden and the TMNT, though that last one may be cheating since all 4 use the same super move.
Mitchell Goliber I think it’s because those characters weren’t a thing when he was making the list. (I might be wrong but that’s just my guess)
hey josh, if you wanna read blue beetle comics, avoid any with the words New 52 on the cover, trust me that will turn you against the character
Oooooh yes either pick up the original run or Rebirth. New 52 Blue Beetle SUUUUUCKS.
New 52 Blue Beetle was designed to throw as many middle fingers at the previous run as possible. I swear, and I only saw Linkara's overview during his Blue Skying retrospect.
I'm not josh but I will take your advice.
I liken "New 52" to Star Wars Canon. It's either for you or it isn't, but at least you still have the old stuff to fall back on. Of course, I'll read whatever looks interesting...if anything, it may give me ideas for my own projects.
Blue Beetle in Batman the Brave and the Bold was a good representation of the character, so there's that too.
Oh hey, Dr. Fate's in this game...... No I'm being 100% serious here. I actually forgot he was in the game. He was THAT forgettable for me.
KiddKame that was pretty much every character except for batman, superman, supergirl, and harley quinn
Runner 441 Joker only appeared in one scene and it was a hallucination.
Crono Sapien well yeah he is dead afterall. Plus it was Harley s biggest fear.
KiddKame Yea, i love when people think character variety in fighting games is paramount (it is) but they play only 2 or 3 characters
No kidding. But he does deserve more attention considering he(sort of) flew TO THE EDGE OF THE UNIVERSE AND BACK IN ONLY ONE YEAR! But yeah, kinda forgettable nevertheless.
They're not being teleported inside Doctor Fate, it's inside the Amulet of Anubis, hence the name.
Oh, I thought it was the Eye of Agamotto.
*Play Seinfeld Theme*
+Neo Machine You're thinking Doctor Strange from Marvel Comics. But I can actually see how you'd get confused. They both go by Doctor, and both use magic. It seems like it's be fairly easy to get them mixed up from time to time.
Or maybe you're just making a joke, and I ruined it. In that case, sorry!
Neo Machine Blasphemy
In addition, you are being attacked by the souls of those who have previously wore the amulet
Regardless Josh is right Fate is an all powerful wizard and he does is hit you with a few energy shots
My friends defense for Damian.
"Damian has grown as a character and even though he’s made his mistakes he is still good"
He didn't go in depth but I agree with him. Damian isn't that bad.
The joker using the crowbar in the finisher *cough* Jason Todd *cough*
Green Lantern's is definitely my favorite.
But he's my favorite DC hero, so I guess I'm biased there.
True, and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Aquaman stronger in the water than Supes?
Also Black Adam has the strength to match Superman.
Title card still says Top 10.
Funny enough, I actually do like Joker's design here.
It's better than his other appearances where he's BUFF. (Looking at you DC vs Mk...)
This leads to an obvious question, what did you think of the finishers from Injustice 1?
SourceOfBeing They sucked
I love that joker's finisher is exactly how he killed Jason Todd
I think this is a good video. You make some good points about each move.
I only have two complaints: first, it would have been nice if we could see each super moves names.
Second, the Cheetah segment. "Hi Vega!" That's it? That's all you have to say? Dude, you can hear the opponent's spine SNAPPING on the last hit. Why didn't you mention that? This segment just felt... empty.
Other then that, nice video.
My 10 personal favorites (in no particular order):
1. Harley Quinn (probably the best one for me)
2. Superman (never got tired of the "Man of Steel" visuals, never will!)
3. Supergirl (eat your heart out, Supes)
4. Robin (probably my favorite, mainly because I have a thing for swords)
5. Aquaman (and that's why Aquaman isn't and was never lame)
6. Joker (good. gravy...)
7. Red Hood (eat your heart out, Deadshot)
8. Catwoman (never tick off a woman with a whip and a motorcycle)
9. Swamp Thing (Bane called; he wants his signature move back!)
10. Deadshot (I'm not sure how that rifle can stay in the air for that long, but I still wouldn't mess with him)
Also, sorry Josh and haters, but Damian is best Robin.
Josh, I stopped watching your videos for months until now, when this video was in my recommended list.
I must say, this was a great video that is as high quality as your old videos!
So, yeah.
Great video, dude:
10/10
Nobody cares cockhead
"I'm the Firey Joker, and Marvel is better." That part killed me.
"I'm the Fiery Joker, And Marvel's better."
FREAKING. GOLD.
A:from what i heard, harley quinn is voiced by Tara Strong. B: the end music sounds like it came from Revenge of the Sith
Josh ain't it a bit early to do this until all the DLC is out?
"We all hate damian right"
Me in the corner: Am I the only one who likes him!"
twisted phoenix Love him as a player, hate him as a character
Rhayn Empire so I am alone...
twisted phoenix nope, he's my favourite
in main canon he's my favourite robin
Lest you forget, Josh; Blue Beetle is voiced by Antony Del Rio, who voices Pit in Kid Icarus: Uprising.
"I'm the fiery joker, and Marvel's better."
Now you've started a flame war.
18:51 f l a m e w a r
I got this video in my recommended list and was wondering why I never saw it before I remembered that RUclips had decided to unsubscribe me from this channel a couple years back and it took me a LONG time to notice.
Wow. Josh makes countdowns.
WELL IT'S ABOUT TIME!
Great countdown, Josh.
The Batwing against the moon is even cooler, since that's a reference to the Tim Burton Batman movie. (The first one)
Damian, the worst Robin ever. Seriously why brice let his kid be Robin I will never know. "Hey, I have no one else to ne Robin, so why don't I let my son do it?"
Scarecrow hyper should've been the Relius Clover of Injustice 2
Relius Astral heat shows a difference way that he bounds people, till the moment the door closes.
Scarecrow is just dissapointing hyper.
I still like most of these.
it wasn't the meteors that kill the dinosaurs it was Barry
All 29 in one video?
Josh you have proven yourself as the most productive countdownist.
Sacrecrow’s super move is amazing dude
Injustices 2 really did a great job showing how awesome some of the characters can be.
Back from my holiday! Glad this is the first video I watch!
Top 5
5.Joker
4.Deadshot
3.Aquaman
2.Captain Cold
1.Harley Quinn
for atrocitus I give him bonus points for quoting the red lantern oath during his super
Anyone else getting flashbacks to some of Josh's older countdowns? Cause that's kind of what it felt like for me.
Not that I'm complaining though.
I can't help it. Every time Harley says anything, all I can think if is a certain purple smart.
Also 14:35: A mandatory Josh refuses to accept any time travel situation that doesn't directly lead to end of the universe moment.
now to wait for the next video in december.... *sigh* of 2018, see you then Josh!!!!!
Nitpick: that fish was more of a Xiphactinus than a mosasaur. Great video either way.
Good to see countdowns are back Josh, though it sucks about the editing errors. Plus, it's no wonder Blue Beetle has some good sass, he's voiced by Pit!
On a side note, what do you think of Red Hood's Finisher?
He’s Damian done right
I was counting down the days to this!
15:54 - It's like the bat-signal on crack!!!
I wouldn't put Wonder Woman in last, just because the choreography with the lasso is so great. Black Canary's is jumping up, holding a pose while screaming, and then a downward punch. That's it. I definitely put Grodd last.
18:26
I love it when you use that clip
Gotta love the black, shiny outfits.
New Top 10, but its 29...LET’S GO!
Nice choice on using Mista J as Harley's victim
" we all hate Damian , right?"
Not after reading his comics and actually studying his character. It's funny how people go through a phase in the Batman fandom, they hate the sidekick until he gets a title on his own. Funny, how people worship Tim drake though, he's the most boring of the robin's TBH
Harley's would be my favorite, and honestly for the reasons you listed.
Blue Beetle is my absolute favorite superhero and even I agree that his super is underwhelming. The Scarab has almost no limits to what it can create, and this just felt so... standard.
Probably mentioned already (way too many comments to scroll through to see) but if anyone is curious: caption around 15:56 says "It's like the Bat-Signal on Crack!!!"
Damn you and your "blink and you'll miss it" edits Josh xD
Captain Cold's finisher did look more on par with something Mr. Freeze would be capable of...but yeah THAT WAS AWESOME.
"You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?"
If the Arkham series has taught us anything, the Joker isn't afraid of death as much as being forgotten. It's probably more difficult than one would think, but don't comics exist for a reason? Have their fears shown then they turn into a truck-size fist or something.
Man, I'm looking forward to your updated version when all the DLC characters are available.
Cyborg finisher
Josh: Seriously, what is that?
Me: I'm with you Josh, that laser needed a more electro-shock mixed with a Star Wars laser gun shot...Basically something that wasn't...THAT
3:14 Cool people don't look at explosions. Badass people turn to watch and admire their handiwork without flinching
JOSH IS BACK!
- puts ivy over beetle - THATS NOT HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO WORK
eh I find myself disagreeing with you on wonder woman's part. It pretty much does what you say you wanted from the finishers.
-Decent sound design (the first thud from the person landing sounds especially crunchy)
-She uses 3 of her weapons in quick succession (lasso, followed by successive shield throws, and culminating with both shield and sword into a final kick).
Here’s a question, will you be updating this with the fighter pack characters like red hood, sub zero, and more, or will you wait for it tell fighter pack 3 comes out
-the way Superman poses at 9:48 reminds me of that cartoon scene...the one with the "world of cardboard" speech.
-the way Green Lantern HITS the other guy with the HEAD of the giant robot he's conjuring up is hilarious! it made me laugh too!
Been a while since I have seen you down a count down vid. Missed these things.
Whenever I play Aquaman I have this one friend who won't stop playing Ocean Man over the match. It's really annoying after the first couple of times.
So… no DLC?
Plus we only have 2 out of 9 DLC characters released at this point
Tmnt etc
Superman's finisher definitely could've used something more. He has laser vision, he burned his demension's Shazam's brain out for mentioning his Lois. Not too mention super-strength...hit them with boulders or something.
Nothing brings me as much joy than seeing Harley rank higher than Joker
Black Canary definitely could've used a martial arts combo along with that floating banshee scream
oh, that shot at the end was cheep!
Fool For All very cheap
Fool For All super effective all the same 😝
Rhayn Empire it's still a cheep shot either way.
Supergirl really is amazing in this game. 10/10 second favorite version of her.
Josh: as he fires the mother of all
Shop da whoop: LASAH
Me: rewatching! 13:55
It says "Top Ten Injustice Finishers" in the video when the title mentions: "29 Injustice 2 Finishers"
I actually called where Deadshot’s super move was going to be and Supergirl’s super
I got a cool idea for a video: best kingdom hearts Disney worlds. They can be judged by level setup, challenges, and story.
Now I know why Joker's haircut looked familiar.
@joshscorcher
Did you get Fighter pack 1 Red Hood, Sub-Zero, and Starfire?
Cause, Fighter pack 2 has Hellboy, Black Manta, and Raiden!
The fact that Firestorm wasn't dead last upsets me.
You know what I'm surprised not to see in injustice 2 a static shock dlc didn't we all watch the series when we were young and that catch phrase ohh just the 200 milligrams of nostalgia please
Me while watching Batman's finishing move: Oh look he has money. Nice Batman '84 film reference. Oh look he has money.
with all the DLC characters coming out, wait for them ALL to me out then do a follow up on their finishers
2:11 - _Let me sing you the song of my people mother fucker!_
3:19 - You know a character is irredeemably bad when they make someone reference Batman & Robin....
5:34 - _Watch me now! I'm just a mean green mother from outer space_
_And I'm BAD! I'm just a mean green mother, a real disgrace, and you've got me fightin' MAD!_
_I'm just a mean green mother from outer space! Gonna trash your ass! Gonna rock_ _this place! I'M MEAN AND GREEN! And I am BAD_
8:14 - I was thinking "Maximum Spider" myself :3
9:04 - And it turns out he was reciting the last few lines of the Red Lantern Oath, very nice touch...
11:56 - _Gonna take you for a Ride! Dada-Dada-Da-Da!_
13:31 - Not gonna lie, this is my absolute favorite of the bunch....though that's probably because Darkseid is arguably my "main". I am a disgusting person XD
16:53 - Eh it's alright but it's still not as impressive as tossing a polar bear at people....
17:37 - And now we have my second favorite :3
When the series is over can you a countdown of your favorite and least favorite mlp characters, episodes, songs, moments, villains, and movies?
That joke at the end had me in stitches
15:56 "It's like the Bat-Signal On Crack!!!"
You could've make a joke about how Supergirl literally one ups Superman, and General Zod from Injustice: Gods Among Us.
How to make wonder woman's better: drag them around on her invisible plane.
There is a guy called 4thsnake that really and I mean REALLY hates the Injustice games and modern Mortal Kombat games. He did a whole critique of MK9, MKX, and Injustice.
Firestorms is especially disappointing since he can actively change the molecules in his body into anything he wants
Will you make a Top 9 DLC Injustice 2 Finishers when all DLC is released?
Also, that "Marvel's better" line at the end was really unessisary Imo. But.. good vid tho 👏👏👏
