No cringe jokes or intro..pure aquascaping knowledge. Nice one Tomy😂😂
Tommy for president! LOL
Tomy The Destroyer :-P
I wish there were more videos like this out there. I'm always interested in the long term evolution of an aquascape, how it looks when it's just planted, when it's going through growing pains, what it looks like when matured, and how it looks when it's maintained for a year or more. Obviously, challenging to accomplish from the content creation side, but very educational for us viewers :)
Thank you, we're glad you like it. 😄
The last few lines he said about aquascaping is perfectly true and that's why I love it.. Aquascaping therapy ❤️
Absolutely! Cheers!
Yes💚
🙏ruclips.net/video/czF5SJ1-dEQ/видео.html
could you make a video where you explain how to prepare the water?
Idea noted 👍
@@GreenAquaShop That'd be awesome!
+1 for that idea! Thanks!
Cool idea!! Very useful
@Devon Darius gtfo
I think this video is a perfect addition to the channel! It really helps visualize putting all of the great advice to practice! 😁👍🏼
Edit : And always love to see more of Tommy!
Yeah! Tommy is good. Glad you liked the topic! Cheers!
What an awesome way to start the day... Green aqua's video!!!
Thanks for joining in 😃
Perfect timing, in two or three weeks i’m going to set up my new tank!
Thank you for your great and informative videos!!
You're welcome! Cheers!
Me too. Starting next month...
Hope my tank goes this well from the start, good to hear even the experts have problems
Keep them vids coming, thank you
Thanks 😃 Cheers
Yayyyy new green aqua video. Hopefully I can come visit you some time this week
You are welcome in Budapest - in the Green Aqua Galery
Told my wife " oh Thurs, new video is out today" always enjoy the video quality and content. Many thanks 😊
Cheers - and many more to come 👍
thank you for allowing the Indonesian translation on your video green aqua, we are getting new knowledge again, greetings from Indonesian scapers.
We're glad you watching us 👍
Thank You Tommy fo Your efford to take us for this constant 9-week jurney! It was great pleasure to follow the work. The most important issue You placed at the end: The aquascaping it's not only succes, but also bad issues. Despite this it's allways "our perfect world to create"! That's why we all love that!!!🤗😉
Exactly! Cheers!
Looked everywhere for a video like this! Thank you! Very reassuring and helps me weighs my pros and cons with my tank set up. I'm making a planted now so this is awsome!
😀👍
Tommy is a good teacher 😁😁😁keep up the good work...cheers bro
Thanks bro! Cheers!
Respect you bro gr from turkey. I learn so much with you guys. I love you guys explaining.
Excelente video! Saludos desde España 😊
Tommy is such a clumsy guy :) When I watch Tommy journal I get the feeling that something unexpected is about to happen.
We had the same feeling 😜
when watching other channels, Its about the fish. For me, this one is all about the plants and displaying them the best. Fish come secondary.
Well, we don't think that, actually. It's an ecosystem, where plants, fish and hardscape are all present.
Tommy please do more of these videos! Love the nature style aquariums and looking forward to next weeks setup 😁
We're glad you like it 😄
great fan of green aqua from India
Thanks for your support 🙏
Nice Video guys!
appreciate your feedback 😃
Super informative! I agree that most videos are all about the scaping and first day, like a honeymoon phase. But the following 1-3 months after set up are where crucial adjustments/maintenance have to happen to have a successful tank. Thanks for doing this! One of my fav videos you guys have done: practical and realistic.
We're glad you like it 😄
Perfect 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks a lot. :)
Just perfect video. Thanks from Czech Republic..
Hey, thanks Robert🤗
Tommy is my favorite. 😊
Tommy for President! 😄
I give a thumbs up before i watch😋
Cheers, thanks for the support!
Para mí, el mejor canal de "acuarios" es una lástima que solo sea un video a la semana!!!
Thank you 😄 We're working on to make 2 videos/week.
Τhank you Tommy😀🙋 thank you Green Aqua😀🙋🐳🐋🐬🦈🐠🐟🦐🦀🦑🐙
You're welcome. Cheers!
It seems that it takes a lot of effort to grow trees and plants in a fish tank.
Thank you for the good information.
Not different than learn riding a bicycle. First few attempts will be scary, but you will be fine for the rest of your life :)
The rewards are worth the effort, I'm on my 2nd tank now and it's a huge improvement, learning a lot with Green Aqua and from my own experience, each tank is different. Don't give up!
Cheers! Will not, thanks for the support!
Looked everywhere for a video like this! Thank you! Very reassuring and helps me weighs my pros and cons with my tank set up. I'm making a planted now so this is awsome!
Great advice! I just today set up a new planted tank and this will definitely help me!
Good to hear that 😃Cheers
Great video, very knowledgeable and helpful! I did notice one discrepancy and that was that Tommy said that the slime on the wood was fungus, this is actually the tree sap that gets expelled from the wood as the water in the tank takes its place. No hate I just thought I would point that out. Fantastic video!
Happy to see that you like the video. 👍
Another great one. Love your vids guys 👍🏻
Thanks for the support!
Tommy, my fav at Green Aqua
Oh gosh that rock falling... My heart Tommy...!
Fantastic video. Great learning, thank u, wish I had know about the slime on wood when I started, I panicked, but I learned.
Tank Looks great too 🥰
And love listening to u
Thanks for the view Laura 😀don't panic you're doing great job ✌️
Nice video Tommy, great explanation and really useful. Great stuff mate
Cheers mate!
Fantastic, excellent, this episode is what we long for. 🤜🤛
We hope it's useful for you 😄
Love it guys. I wish everyone will have an easy go with their new setups as this one so more people will get into this awesome hobby. My Zen hour is during my weekly maintenance. Thanks for sharing Tommy!
We're glad you like it. Cheers 😄
I think this is the best video yet!!! Thank you so much!!!
Thanks Fae 😄
Glad that I’m not the only one who can’t master that glue. What a sticky mess I had.
Excited for Tommy's next nano tank!
Cheers, stay tuned.
youre the better scaper
Finally, some real information! Thank you.
Thanks for the watching.
Tomy made this video for me I just setup my aquascape 5 days ago I’m gonna use this video for reference. Thanks Green Aqua!
Cheers 😄
Awesome Vid!! 🤩
Thanks Chris. :)
can share on the light setting, do we go full 100% short photoperiod, or half intensity longer photoperiod?
Yes - this would be very useful! Tommy....?
I was about to ask the same question!
Yep wondering the same thing.
I have huge green algae problem that I have to siphon out every 2-3 days. Been doing half nutrients and I've cut down my light to 5 hours at full intensity. This just started so have no idea if it's going to work.
We use 7-8 hours of lighting at 100%.
@@GreenAquaShop Is this setting since day 1 or a gradual increase?
Great topic for beginners
At last a video from day 1!! Could you please answer two more things which I was missing from the video: 1. Do I have to decrease the light intensity in the first few weeks and how many hours should I let them on. 2. The CO2 should be running all the time on low or normal dose and should stop 2 hours before the lights go off. Thank you for the great video!
We always use full light intensity from day 1. 8 hours per day. We start the CO2 two hours before the lights and stop it with the lights. Check out our tutorials on the channel, there's a playlist. Cheers.
Huge fan of your tutorial videos. 👍
Tommy's one of the best 😄
Good hobby.
Yes, very good hobby.
Very good topic for the video. Maintenance of new aquarium.
Glad you like the topics, thanks for watching!
Thanks Green Aqua, always inspiring.

Thankyou So very much, this video is what I've been wanting and needing. The information in this video is fantastic and so helpful.Great work guys.
Love to hear that. Thanks for watching 👍
Really went to basic and explained everything needed. 🙌🙌
That was the point 😄
Great evolution, not too many problems! Perfect start!
Thank you soooo much! Now I know that what happening to my tank is normal...
I just passed the month and a half benchmark and thinks are starting to be stable...thanks again 😊
And you're doing amazing job of passing great info! 🤙🏾
Cheers! Good luck with your tank!
Thanks tommy ,it was great to see it going from the start .it wil help a lot people went the wil start scaping. Nice job and great scape 😉👍👌
Thanks! Glad you liked the topics.
very interesting and useful. Well done Tommy!
Thanks for watching us. :)
I'm at week 2 of my very first scape. So far I haven't seen any issues but its definitely got me on edge waiting for it to all go wrong
Learning process, you'll figure out a lot of things like, do I have enough filtration? How's my water flow? Are my lights on to much, too little? Am I dosing enough ferts, or to much? It's a balance issue we all go through and it's frustration. This video makes it look like it's easy but it's not. These guys have been doing this for years so they know how to set up everything to work better than the rest of us. Not that I'm down playing the video, it's a good one, just not enough explanation to all the questions I just presented to you.
That is good to hear, you are prepared. :)
I have launched my first “ada powered” aquarium, with soil, fully planted, with ferts etc. And I have to say - it’s doing so well that it became boring and I had to start a second aquarium :) thanks guys for inspiration in guidelines
LOL, yeah, that's why we always recommend to have good gear, glad you have it figured out. Good luck with your second tank!
Love this style of tanks👌👌 , saludos from Chile
Thanks 😃saludos from Budapest ✌️
Thank you Tommy
Thanks, cheers

Hey thanks, cheers
Can you guys do a tuturial about ADA ferts i dont know how to use it.
Thank you
Yeyy.. tomy is back 😂 where balazs ???
Here, answering all comments. LOL. I can't be in the videos every week. This is a team! LOL
You mentioned that at some point you usually begin using Green Brighty Iron. When actually would this happen?
Just a suggestion.. maybe you could do a video about rushing an aquascape. Effects of not having the correct equipment like lights, filter, substrate and others..
We did. It's called limited scaping with Balazs.
@@GreenAquaShop cant find that video. How long ago was it posted?
10 months ago "Balazs' worst planted tank".
You give the maintanence timeline but how often do I need to test water
Tamas. thank you so much for an excellent video. I learned a lot that I can apply to my tank. William
We're glad you like it. Cheers 😄
Dear pro expert aquascaper Tommy,
Kindly I have questions, you are follow the lean dose as you told (Ada micro & potassuim) so:
1- what is exactly your daily routine dose of micro & potassuim in your tanks in general specially med-hi tech as decedent Filipe Oliveira declared his fertilization routine
2- if you add daily Ada micro, is it reasonable? because the name is micro which plants need it very little?
3- if your routine dose only micro & potassuim , this is not making deficiencies for some plants (because absent of macro dose)? even if you have strong substrate system
Thanks in advance
Maybe first !! 🔥 awesome
Yup was quick 😀
Can we get a tour of the show room and the tanks please
Check out our Christmas Cinematic tour 😄
Great vid idea 💡 👍🏻
Thank you 🙏
Nice!!!
Cheers!
Good morning, I'm Brazilian, I would like to know how many days have you started using fertilizers, carbon, iron,
Usually we use lot of Lab-grown plants. Therefore strat to dosing for the first day.
