I had the Ps VR1 and despite being astonishing the first couple of times I used it, I quickly stopped using it because there were not so much games to play, and the tracking with the camera was a little janky. But I decided to give PsVR2 an opportunity and OMG there's a big difference, I use it almost everyday and for long playing sessions, absolutely love it, I recommend it 100%
It's a lot better than the quest 3 in many ways 1. Graphics are better 2. Immersion is better 3. Foveated rendering 4. Haptic feedback 5. Way better exclusives.....plus the PSVR2 won a "Golden Joystick" award....the Quest is good it just doesn't beat the PSVR2
@@mrreefer6792 quest 3: 1. larger sweet spot 2. no wire needed 3. better passthrough 4. larger game selection 5. hand tracking 6. no playstation needed 7. cheaper than buying a ps5 and a psvr2 8. no rings on controllers 9. more comfortable (with elite strap) 10. better lenses in general so in conclusion i think quest 3 is better tbh
@rigz__ 1. I don't have to search for a sweet spot with my PSVR2 it's pretty clear soon as I put it on 2. The game library maybe be bigger on the quest but the quality of the games are better on the PSVR2 3. I don't even notice the cord for the most part 4. The graphics are better on the PSVR2 5. The immersion is better on the PSVR2 6. The PSVR2 has haptic feedback 7. The PSVR2 has foveated rendering 8. The PSVR2 won a "Golden Joystick" award for how good it is......reality says the PSVR2 is better but glad you enjoy the Quest 3, we got my girl's 9 year old a Quest 2 for a beginning VR .....it isn't awful, it's just not on the level of the PSVR2
You can make out texts you will just have to bring the phone close to your headset i do it all of the time. If you can’t b you might consider prescription lenses they make a clarity difference
@@MysteryD regardless i treat messages all of the time while in headset as long as the phone is held close to the headset. Now its not as clear as a quest 3 color pass through but it does the job.

4:28 You will not be answering a text with the headset on, trust me. Its impossible to make out whats on a phone screen with the headset on.
You wont be getting a drink, either. Unless its in a container that has a straw.
