It's great to go to these hidden gems. If this was ITALY they would be exporting the dosae mix for 200 INR per kg and when someone else tries to make this. Say this can be only made with this rural rice and wood fire frona specific local wood, on a tawa that is atleast 10 years old. Then sell all these articles at a premium in outer markets. We as INDIANS should value what we have and generate a perception that helps our food industry.
There are many such small hotels in karnataka which serve delicious meals in such small hotel setup and that too some in between gorgeous farms. U cant make out from the look of that hotel that u will get such awesome mouth watering meals in it. Karnataka needs a means to be explored for tourism.
You have taken food Vlogging to whole new level...if i was in bangalore then I would have gone to all the places you visited.....atleast to all the ones that suits my pocket as well😀
Absolutely loathe the cities in India there as they are filthy and disorganised. No comparison to London or Europe for that matter. But these little villages and its quirky eateries is what makes India. They are generally cleaner and the food is just simple and delicious. I’ve travelled across Karnataka this way and miss the small tea shops that serve dosas and idlis and the humble omelette. I’ve left those little eateries a happier man than a Michelin star restaurant in Europe/ America. Thank you Kripal for showcasing these small restaurants or as they call it, hotel. Wishing you nothing but continued success mate.
Hope this small eatery maintains its “sanctity” by not becoming way too popular ( resulting in people lining up at 6 AM or leading to mushrooming of ‘Chiblu’ idly hotel chains ) !!

Hello sir.....please Do try Odia food once.....Odia Restaurant is available there in Bangalore named "Dalma"...I am sure you will definitely love it..... waiting for your response....Lots of love from Odisha ❤️❤️❤️❤️..Thank you🙏🙏
I couldn't figure out what is this figure rice they were talking about! 😂 Wordplay by Kripal Sir 😅
Ayyo, that's chitranna..i heard it during my college days...my reaction is same as you have now :)
It is chitranna..figure rice..🤣🤣🤣
You can even try tatte idlis in tumkur. We have kesaramodu, kyatsandra, tumkur. There is one small shop who sells idli and dosa... Its heaven!!!!! :)
You have taken food Vlogging to whole new level...if i was in bangalore then I would have gone to all the places you visited.....atleast to all the ones that suits my pocket as well😀
Excelent promotion of Village foods in world wide in your channel. I am watching your all videos it was nice...
This is the first thing i woke up to.. looks like this day is gonna be delicious ❤️😀
Super dosa
After watching your video I kept ur new name CHIBLU BONDA IDLY 😀😁
Hope this small eatery maintains its “sanctity” by not becoming way too popular ( resulting in people lining up at 6 AM or leading to mushrooming of ‘Chiblu’ idly hotel chains ) !!
Irodu Halli nalli. Trump vishya bere ee baddethavake. Sumne gaddhe, thota kelsa maadkond irolo. Yean trump bandhu dollar kodthane nimge?
It's haven yrr... To original idli
16:35 figure rice... I was ROFL when i heard it... 😆😆😆
Direct English translation of Chitra anna... Chitra in English means 'Picture' and anna means 'Rice'
