Meanwhile the Beancounters: “Hey you were right! We didn’t need any of those specialist secretaries and staff. You can just have one inexperienced secretary for a fraction of the price!”
@ oh just my local fired like a BUNCH of people who make phone calls/manage files and now it’s shit to try to get an appointment or get them to communicate with anyone else the information about my case that’s like mussed in with someone else’s file. My mate it a twin and *still* has their twins heath event in their file, because no one knows how to change it or has the time. Basically it’s cheaper to give us worse care, and with funding cuts no one’s willing to hire more staff to avoid fucking us around for days and weeks and months on end
@@TheProblem2025 ohhh right yeah it fucking everyone over, this is just one of many many MANYYYYYY issues ive had across different teams since my early diagnoses about a decade ago. it was shite back then but now its actually ridiculous. im super thankful to now have PAs supporting me with this stuff as I'm literally too sick to be fucking about like this all the time.
@ PAs are legends it breaks my heart there’s so many people struggling without someone in their corner! Like night and day between dealing with it on my own and having both family and PA support
@@TheProblem2025 yeah its still early days for me so theres still that growing pain lol of trying to get them up to speed whilst also helping with stuff but it has been good. Genuinely think more people should look into being a PA coz there arent enough of them about and they can get paid PREEEEETTY well 😂
Why aren't more people angry at how defunded & destroyed our NHS is?! It's infuriating to hear your stories about your experiences & know I've had similar problems, plus other people on social media!! Why are people so accepting of 💩 service & treatment?! I could scream!💚
Urgh i knowwww. End of 2023 into early 2024 i was on a bit of a role with making complaints but nothing ever comes of them except one complaint i made where someone actually spoke to me on the phone about the issues i flagged and how they were gonna change it. Everywhere else is too keen to cover it up and gaslight their patients. Now i mostly report things to the CQC to look into but again i doubt they actually do 🫠
@@sintudevi3483 i did say in reply to your other comment that i dont know yet the scans often take a long time to be reported on here. My last one took 4 months. Its one of the issues having a local team and then the specialist team in a different area. The systems dont link to each other very well.
I forgot to leave my pinned comment lol! Anyway please check out my other 600 videos! 👀 lmk if theres anything you wanna see me talk about!
