It’s been a while ..but I’m out on my Bike in Southminster

Trying to kerp our fitness up with one walk & one bike ride a day … its not all anout the gym
I don’t know how long this beautiful weather will last 🚶‍♂️ 🚲 ♥️so make the most of the outside xx
