Note : for ginger tea ,the milk should be boiled before hand . Sometimes raw milk can spoil the tea

Hope you don't mind my putting forth a few questions but before that let me tell you the way you presented the tea, your tea set, your cute painted nails made that cup of tea more inviting. My first question I found the cup you used rather big, it seemed like more than a cup, also when we add the milk and ginger and boil I thought the milk would curdle but it did not happen, please guide me thank you

Usually Tea has tobe boiled a little longer after adding all the ingredients. It gives a very nice taste, color n consistency is little thick. Half n half milk n water or 4:1 ratio also works fine. But the key is to boil properly. Huh... time to make tea for myself.

It's varies from choice to choice, that's is amount of milk, sugar n boiling time after adding teadust
The ideal time to boil tea leaves is 3-5minutes...but being indians we r far away from being healthy so does our tea...if u boil the tea longer than wots seen in the video.... it's gonna release tannins....which is bad for digestive system, and bitter for taste.
So sorry but we r running behind taste and ignoring the facts about how it really works...
