#75 Tagliatelle with bolognese

    【Ingredients/amount】
    Tagliatelle ---320 g
    Pancetta -----160 g
    Ground beef--500 g
    Olive oil--------½ Tbsp
    A)ーーーーーーーーーーーー
    Thyme----desired amount
    Basil-------desired amount
    Onion------1/2
    Celery-----1/2
    Garlic------2 cloves
    Brown mushroom---6

    B)=============
    Butter---2 Tbsp
    Salt and pepper----a little per each
    Consomme powder---2 tsp
    Canned tomato(whole)---400 g
    Red wine---100 ml
    ===============
    Italian parsley (chopped)---desired amount
    Pecorino cheese (grated)---desired amount
    【Cooking process】
    ①Cut A and chop them up by using a food processor.
    ②Cut pancetta into 5 mm blocks, fry them up with olive oil in a frying pan until they turn brown, add ground beef and fry them all up.
    ③Add ① in ② and fry them up together, add B until it dries and simmer it until it becomes thick.
    ④Boil tagliatelle with olive oil (desired amount) and hot water.
    ⑤Decorate ④ on a plate, pour in ③, grate and sprinkle pecorino cheese, chopped Italian parsley, coarsely black pepper (desired amount), pour over olive oil (desired amount).
    【Tips】
    *You can use your favorite pasta.
    *Boil pasta timed together with the sauce’s completion.
