On the two different brands I can shed some light on this. Having been in the car audio industry since 1986 I can say that making the exact same product under different names allows the company to have two different dealers in the same town and or area. When we signed on to a product line we were protected by a specific area as to not have another dealer selling the same product. In this case you could have a Snapper or Snapper Pro dealership with a Ferris dealership next door. Out of all the outdoor equipment shops I've been two one dealership would carry both. It have the Snapper or Snapper Pro for Homeowners or pro-sumer and the Ferris for the commercial customers
Hi, I’d really be interested in your feedback. Do you feel like even a commercial 21” or 30” self propelled would have rutted that yard? I noticed those tires are massive compared to the 30” HDX and it’s not a whole lot heavier.. maybe 100lbs more.
As long as the tires aren't sinking in the ground too much, id send it too! Its mainly just mud marks from the tires, next time it rains those tracks will disappear. Good work, nice mower.

You discharged the grass right in the landscape bed, but made sure it didn't go in the street lol... we usually border everything atleast once or twice so we can keep the grass in the grass lol... I'm in Chicago though we bag almost everything...
I discharged into the bed because on the other side it would’ve been into the neighbors bed lol not much of a choice 😆 but I made sure I blew off all the clippings once I got done.
Great that you like the walk behind mower does it use a high lift blade on i have a gravly 18 inch wheeled weedeater it was made one time so i got lucky to find it at the shop i deal with great that you trim the monkey grass it will come back green i have done that some. yard,s where i use to live later bro

not sure how many parts need to be replaced per year on this if you are cutting 25 yards per week just with this or the ferris??? are the blades timed? do belts last a long time vs timemaster belts which i heard need to replaced a lot... can that hydro be serviced? or is it a sealed unit? whats top speed on the hydro? thanks for the review..
Why not use a lightweight 21" mower for situations like this? Should have brought one with you since you say you know this yard always holds a lot of water. Am I missing something here? Are you the only landscaper that doesn't own a 21"?
I think the reason companies make multiple brands is they realize sooner or later someone's gonna have an issue with their stuff even though it's probably not their fault That person will never buy their stuff again So they put out multiple names To keep on aware people buying their products

@@sgninjas Instruction manual says clearly not to use one with this mower. I have this mower and its fast but I don't think the hydro drive is made to pull that kind of weight.

it is easy to figure out...but i think it should be done with a custom super light velke and no one over 150 lbs on it... then it should work well...
