I can tell you exactly what you have found, it is the samething I found out when I was the last to build in the subdividsion.
I was sold the lot that was the barrow pit for the roads that where built for the sub and the pit was filled with all the debris
from the construction of the sub. All they did was sell me a dump site lot and put 5 foot of crappy back fill and 6 inches
top soil on it. I suited the developer that knew about it, allowed it and i won. We reached an agreement on him posting a
one million dollar, one hundred year bond against subsidence issues on my house and he also had to come in and remove
4000 cu yds. of muck out, back fill with compackted fill. I just hope this broke him from sucking eggs and doing what should
have been done in the first place ! P.S. And the County inspection department let him get by with it !!!!
P.S. P.S. What really cinched the case was google earth photos during devlopment of the subdividsion !

I'm betting that somebody, way back when, burned the trees and stuff in the ravine before the house was built. I feel sure that ravine used to run farther up towards the front of the lot at one time.
I've never seen a pool built like that one. I've demoed probably 10 or 12 of them and have never had one with a concrete bottom in it. All of the ones I've seen had a sand bottom and concrete curtain walls along the sides. That was interesting.

As is normal you can sure tell when a guy doesn't use rebar, or walks it into the ground under the pour. Concrete that thick poured over a good pad done right should have not been that easy to break up. Yet on YT you still see "professionals" pouring crap that way and trying all kinds of ways to justify crappy work! Crappy is crappy no matter how much they try to talk it up! Same with the "There are fibers in the mix"! more BS to justify not doing it right. Most of them should know better as the knowledge is out there. @ColeSpolaric does it breakdown in a landfill? Where do you live? I want to know what kind of dirt y'all have that eats concrete 🤣

@@smithworx1091 we have plants that crush the concrete for use in new concrete. It's about 10 miles from me. As for the rest of it, why don't we all cancel our garbage service and just bury it instead? The whole earth will become a giant landfill then!

@ColeSpolaric yeah we don't have concrete recycling plants. You're crying over burying rock. We shouldn't bury garbage. It should be burned. I bet you'll cry over that, too.

Very inexperienced excavator opperater what a mess concrete plastic timber everything mixed up a good opperater would keep everything separate for disposal and with a brilliant machine in the cat 313. sorry bud whatever about burying concrete wouldn't burying plastic someone else might want to build there in fifty years time. They look like new machines with very bad opperater
