Ding Dong Merrily on High - arr. James Rose
What Child Is This? - arr. Andrew Kesler
O Christmas Tree - arr. Jean-Baptiste Craipeau
Accent is back in action with their fourth album, "Christmas All the Way."
Though the members hail from different parts of the globe (Canada, England, France, Sweden and USA), among many other things, they share a common love for Christmas music. They decided it was time to create a Christmas album that, along with nostalgic sensibility, would add a creative notch to the belt of Christmas vocal ensemble music. On previous recordings, Accent presented original, jazz and "jazzified" pop tunes, all arranged by group members. For Christmas All the Way, the group expands their palette by engaging other arrangers and including big band and string arrangements. And, of course, Accent's trademark a cappella fare is heard throughout.

BEST VOCAL GROUP I SEE ON THE LAST 10 YEARS, JUST SAYING....NO OFFENSE
You haven't listened to many
Those "Gloria"s are mind blowing, something like a multiple harmonic roller coaster!
This CD gets lots of playtime each winter. Crank it up and sing along as I pass the time in traffic 😊
You’re the best, Joel!
A good serving of eargasm
Why don't you do something difficult?? ;-P I would love to hear Jacob Collier arrange something for you to REALLY test your capabilities. I would be nterested to see if you EVER run out of performance capability "gas". WOW. Your smoothness evokes Singers Unlimited, some of your harmonies and key transitions Take6.
You guys are getting better and better.
GENIUS!!
Beautiful
Guys, please visit Vienna in Austria (Europe) for some concerts! Or even only one - I'll be there, I promise!
hugs & bugs, Christian
Lovely! I am so impressed! thank you for this beautiful gift!!
I love it when you guys take songs we ALL know and make them surprising. Awesome job!
Merci pour toutes ces belles harmonies 🎅🏻 Joyeux Noël 🎄et je garde espoir de voir Accent en live en France!
Braaaap braaaaap! Love this! Ok, my guesses are
1) Simon however it could be James
2) James
3) Andrew
그들은 목소리천재!!
감사합니다
Didn't see that ending coming. Took me by surprise :-). Amazing as usual!
Fire!!!
Another winner! Thank you....
Great sounds yet again guys!
My guesses:
Song 1: Simon (who I'm glad to see is back in spirits)
Song 2: James probably
Song 3: Either Andrew or JB
Brilliant!!
I love this joyous romp through surprising harmonies and am grateful for the opportunity to see how you put it together. When you sent us the separate parts I was troubled by some of the jumps like at the end of the second “Gloria” (now at 33 on the video version) and then again at the and of the fourth “Gloria” at 1.08 - which is an exciting bit of brinkmanship to get back to the home key.
My guess is:
James
Simon
JB
But I would find it difficult to explain why?
Bravo!
My guess is 1) JB 2) Simon 3) James ...but whatever, I love the video :-)
Completely AWESOME, as always, gentlemen! I'm always in amazement!
Love all three! Thank you for this, guys! Merry Christmas! (The middle one has that Take 6 feel to it.)
Serious stuff..........
700th like... Thank you.
Number 1 is probably Simon
Number 2 feels like James
Number 3 could be Evan? His Accent arranging debut!
Very Nice. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year fellas.
good music
Made of awesome! 💕
Love this!
1. simon
2. james
3. jb
the ya--ee--ya--HAhh at the beginning of what child is this immediately made me think james thats the only one I'm confident on here
Perfect work👏👏👏
My guess of who arranged what:
1) James. The part at 0:48 sounds very much like James.
2) Simon. The mood reminds me of "Keep The Faith".
3) J.B. I don't know, why. Maybe it's the chords at 2:59. They has got that moody J.B. feel.
Or maybe I'm terribly wrong, and everything was arranged by Danny, Andrew and Evan.
I think you were the only one who got James right on the first song. Bravo on that guess lol I was way off! :)
Thank you, but I'm certain that I saw another comment, posted even before mine, where James was proposed as the arranger. Though really, when I heard that part at 0:48, I was like: "Terrain!!"
Incrível.
James, Simon, J.B. Drop the Mike.
You guys are amazing! :D
Song #1: Simon
Song #2: James
Song #3: Evan or J.B.
You guys are sounding great! Keep it up!
Update: Wow you guys really threw me off with the first one being James and the second one being Andrew... I guess I need to pay even closer attention to everyone's arranging styles!
NIce chording guys. Sounds like tough stuff to sing. Some of your other offerings sound very Take 6 like, not as much this one, til 1:54, anyway. I like it.
I'm gonna guess 1. JB, 2. James, and 3. Danny! Great job guys!
Is there anyway to get the sheet music for this?
*hears transition at **1:16*
*calls JUNE LEE*
1 James
2 Simon
3 JB
A wonderful piece again. Who arranged the songs? Er... Sam Robson? :)
Ha! I've released my version of "Ding Dong" earlier than you. =p Yours is much more superior, but it's not the point.
Right. The point is, you won! :)
🤔 Greensleeves is not a Christmas song, it's an old English traditional.
It’s called “what child is this”. A different text on the original Greensleeves melody. In this version it is considered a Christmas carol 🎶
I made the mistake of looking at your eyebrows, now I can't not look at them...
That’s usually how that goes :)
