People will remember how you made them feel. It's not about the words. It's about how people feel inside. That's how you persuade. That's how you connect. That's who we are. We are emotional beings. We need to think about how we impact people on emotional level. We do a disservice when we think that our communication is only information transfer. It is clear emotion transfer as well. And we need to bring those two in balance.
