+BMW of Ridgefield thanks for reply. I really wonder why they can't give support right now. i think the problem is not about android or spotify. because 7 series already have support. seems like they want to keep 7series special about that a bit time

Hello I’m having an issue with this. Only when I have it connected to a USB port it will show the album of the song I’m playing from pandora. Problem is when I use Bluetooth only it doesn’t show the picture of the album on the screen. Is that Normal?

Hi Ace Tennis Camps! We recommend using the AUX cord with gold plated terminals. A lot of our customers and employees do this for a few reasons. We found that it is not only significantly cheaper than the Y cable, its basically the same as the Y cable (USB is used for charging, the AUX is for the audio transfer) and the hard wire connection will always work and not have any connection issues that a Bluetooth connection may have. You will still be using your car as an external speaker so the sound quality will depend a lot on the “quality of streaming” setting you have chosen in the app and also the bass/treble you have the car set to. Mine was working like that but I recently had to get a new phone because last one screen cracked, this new phone syncs in but pandora app doesn't appear anymore on my Bmw.. Any help?

can i connect my spotify with the bmw 116 i 2015 ? I have not the Bluetooth function in this car ? Is that maybe a problem?
new ui update doesnt display spotify correctly on older models like this. spotify wont fix it, they say older models no longer supported

The video is 4 Years old but there is no way for a support on Android in BMW OS5. That is poor!
