10 g cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
100 g cream cheese
70 g hot milk
40 g sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp salt
50 g canola oil
5 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 egg whites
80 g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar

- Bake preheated oven at the 150 C for 35-40 minutes

แป้งเค้ก 100 กรัม
แป้งข้าวโพด 10 กรัม
ผงฟู 1/2 ช้อนชา
ครีมชีส 100 กรัม
นมสดร้อน 70 กรัม
นมข้นหวาน 40 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันพืช 50 กรัม
ไข่แดง 5 ฟอง (เบอร์ 2)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ไข่ขาว 5 ฟอง
น้ำตาล 80 กรัม
น้ำส้มสายชู 1/2 ช้อนชา
เชดด้าชีส สำหรับโรยหน้า ตามชอบ

วิธีการอบ
- อบไฟบน-ล่าง 150 องศา ประมาณ 35-40 นาที หรือกระทั่งสุก ขึ้นอยู่กับขนาดที่ใช้อบ และเตาแต่ละตัว
