I like the videos with the gouache and acrylic ink. Also the watercolor ones. The paint markers. Like the Mermaid markers and this video and the stabilo woodys. I am really into watercolor media and acrylic ink and paint markers.

Great review. I originally purchased mine to use in stamping and card making and the best paper is Bristol Vellum. Haven't tried in my journals yet so nice to know the info you gave.

I am so happy that you enjoyed the review Kim! Thank you so much for the paper suggestion. That is not one I have tried yet myself. I will have to put it on my list. Thanks for watching!

Excellent review. I have brushpens in my kit but haven't used them much. Choosing the right paper to use is something I struggle with - especially in my planner which I use to creative journal as well. I make my own so the paper has to run through a printer. I love using water soluble supplies and printer paper just isn't up to the task.

I can definitely see where you're coming from with the paper struggles. I have yet to find one myself that is good with water that you can also easily print on. So happy to hear you liked the review!! I hope it inspired you to pull your brush pens back out and have a play.

The review was great. Thank you for trying out so many different ones. I have found similar results in experimenting also. I do think at the beginning I was expecting magic, especially when they say "watercolor". I like a more versatile watercolor therefore I'm not going to be purchasing more especially since there are so many nice quality travel pan watercolors out there. I think when I grabbed a Crayola marker and it pretty much reacted the same as the watercolor marker that sealed the deal for me. I think I will put my money in more expensive watercolor. Thanks for the great review. It definitely saved me from buying yet another brand to experiment with.

I am so happy you found it helpful Tanya!! I can definitely relate to what you were saying. I would rather invest in more expensive watercolor myself as well. 🖤

I am so happy you enjoy the videos Kryssie! It is a lovely watercolor paper. This is the one I was using in the video amzn.to/3I0vdOh , I also enjoy the Arteza Expert Watercolor Paper, Cold Pressed, as it has similar texture.

Thank you for the well detailed review. I only have 1 pc of brush bens and didn't really know how to use it. And not into calligraphy too...Hate writing in cursive plus ugly handwriting also. But i would love to TRY the ecoline.....Color is so vibrant...

Glad you enjoyed the review! The ecolines are very vibrant and fun. I don't like to really do lettering either. That's why I just use them like any other marker.
