I've read through all the recent comments, I genuinely didn't know this was a thing, given that I don't go to Porter's or any concerts at all. Though, I'm kinda glad the rule didn't apply that day, say less if he did say he has to remind everyone of the rule at every concert or else it wouldn't apply.
There's an "official" recording from an Austin concert to at least have the quality from a professional camera crew. Aside from that, people were recording anyways at the Redrocks show

Can't really expect 100% of people not to film, if it really was a legal issue he wouldn't be allow to sing it at all. He did say to enjoy the video after he was done :D
