Ramen in Japan varies in taste from shop to shop, and the Ramen Museum offers mini-sized ramen, allowing you to try several flavors. We highly recommend it!
I went there 3 months ago, parked my car at Yokohama World Porters then took Air Cabin to Sakuragicho station after that took a train to Shin Yokohama station. And yeah... I had to go back because I went the wrong way. I'm always confused reading the train directions Inside Ramen Museum, I planned to have lunch there but the line was insane. At least more than 1 hour wait because there's no table outside those small ramen restaurants - unlike in some pictures on internet taken before pandemic I didn't realize there are classic snacks and drinks in that small shop there. I was so overwhelmed by taking a lot of pictures there. After watching this video, I regret not buying ramune and some crackers there. I bought some snacks on the main floor though Thanks for this lovely video PS: I had late lunch at Sukiya near there
The Ramen Museum was crowded even on weekdays, but it was less crowded after lunchtime. If you ever go to the Ramen Museum again, try going a bit later next time! PS: Sukiya is also good! ^^
That's great! By the way, if you're a ramen lover, I would also recommend Ramen Street and Ramen Yokocho at Tokyo Station. While they don't have mini-sized ramen, there are several ramen shops gathered there, so you'll find the flavor you're looking for :) 【video】ruclips.net/video/uM6FfXK39mw/видео.html
Love the custom lid of the Ramen. How cute! Love to see the lovely couple standing side by side of each other. ❤❤ Thank you for a lovely and creative video. 😊
That museum is a place I really would visit! Love it. I think I would choose the wonton ramen and pudding for dessert. 😄 I think you could start selling ramen cups with your picture on it. It looked sooo cute, I would buy it.
Hi there, sorry for not being around, life has been so busy. I love this video, Ramen is one of my favourite Japanese foods after sushi haha. I hope you are both well.
Hello! Thank you for watching our video! Ramen in Japan varies in taste from shop to shop, but the Ramen Museum allows you to try several flavors, so we highly recommend it ^^
I went there last April because of your other video. I've tried that citrus salt ramen and was blown by how light and refreshing it is but still flavorful. Will definitely try other ramen therr. Also that ramen making activity seems new. Would try that next time.
I never knew about this museum, only knew the nissin cup ramen museum,I will 100% visit them both in November! Thank you both for your hard work showing us food lovers all of Japans offerings! There is not one Ramen on your list I would not try😊
Thank you!! When we went (on weekdays), there were available time slots even for the same day. Weekends can get crowded, so it's better to check the official website early :)
Thank you for this video. I want to make the bowl ramen at Rahaku Sugomen Lab. I went to the website you posted the link to but did not see where I could make a reservation. Can you please tell me where on the website I can make a reservation? Thank you very much.
Tickets are not available for pre-purchase. During holidays or busy periods, there might be admission restrictions, but usually, it's not common. You should be able to get in by purchasing same-day tickets on regular days :)
When I went there a few years ago, I made the mistake of getting the full serving, and as a result, I was totally stuffed after trying only two places. Next time, it's mini all the way!! I'm surprised you didn't mention the bar. I tried awamori there for the first time. ;-)
The RA-HAKU SUGOMEN LAB, where you can make cup ramen, doesn't require reservations. With a smartphone, you can make it right there on the spot :) (Reservations are only necessary for the ramen-making experience where you can make and cut your own noodles.)
Are you talking about the Cup Noodles Museum? At the Ramen Museum (the one in this video), you can try Japanese ramen. We haven't been to the Cup Noodles Museum, but from what we saw on the website, it looks like they serve noodle dishes from other countries. If you want to enjoy Japanese ramen, it might be a good idea to visit the Ramen Museum :)
Went there this past spring and it was absolutely loaded with tourists. If you don't mind the ridiculous lines for the more popular ramen shops, by all means check it out. Been there like 3 times and probably won't be visiting again because of the crowds. I'd rather explore and look for hidden ramen spots, where the tourists aren't.
Yes, as I mentioned in the video, it's a good idea to visit the Ramen Museum on weekday afternoons. Also, while they don't have mini-sized ramen, there are several areas around Tokyo Station where ramen shops are gathered, so that's also recommended. This is featured in the video :) 【video】ruclips.net/video/uM6FfXK39mw/видео.html

Thank you for joining the membership! Making instant ramen at RA-HAKU SUGOMEN LAB doesn't require a reservation, so you can make it right there on the spot. However, if you want to experience making your own ramen by kneading dough or cutting noodles (Ramen Noodle Making Class), a reservation is necessary. 【Ramen Noodle Making Class Page】www.raumen.co.jp/makingnoodle_en.html That page allows you to make reservations from the 'Reserve' section at the bottom :)

With a small size, you can enjoy various flavors of ramen!

Do we need to buy tickets in advance to go to the museum and eat? The making ramen class is is already booked on the day I’m going.

If you order the mini size, you can sample ramen from several different shops ^^ By the way, the bar was closed... :(
Hi there! 😊Is the ramen museum open on Weekends?
Hello :) On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is open from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
Wow from the portion, I believe it is not that much consider you can have multiple bowls of ramen in one serving?
The mini-sized ramen was about half the portion size of the regular one😀
Hi, im planning to go there in August, can i create more than 1 Individual ramen cup to bring as gift for friends and family?
Maybe there is no limit on the quantity, so you can purchase several. You should be able to choose the quantity when placing the order :)
thank you for the fast answer :)@@samurai_junjiro
I don’t see anything on the website to make a reservation for the RA-HAKU SUGOMEN LAB. Am I missing something?

Sorry to ask this ramen museum compare to noodle museum which more worth going? They look almost the same .
