He didn't endure it very well, often venting his frustrations at his makeup artist Kazuhiro Tsuji, after filming wrapped he had to go into therapy for it.
Jim Carrey was born to play this role. He was perfect for it. His physicality with the role, slapstick method, and overly expressive style was the perfect storm. I cannot imagine anybody else playing this role perfectly.
All that effort was worth it. It's my favorite movie, and I watch it every holiday season. I have seen this movie so many times. And I really appreciate all the effort that was put into making this feature film.

I knew the filming was in a weird angle for a reason!! Just this year I was nervous about watching the film because the filming angle made me feel a bit queasy !

As an artist this shows me how much work really goes into this. I’m so ready. Also, I did a makeup look once for a competition and so many people thought that I was The Grinch bc I was green.
