    Pinch of pepper.
    Bibimbap Gochujang Sauce (2 servings)
    2 Tbsp gochujang
    1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp plum syrup
    Spinach 450g (4 servings)
    Soybean sprouts 250g (4 servings)
    Carrot 1 (4 servings)
    Zucchini 1/2 (4 servings)
    1 head of garlic
    Egg 1 (1 serving)
    Cooking oil 6 Tbsp
    Sesame oil 5 Tbsp
    Salt 3 Tbsp
    Rice 1 bowl (1 serving)
