Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes-this step makes the meat extra tender!✨(tender pork kick) 13. Slice the pork and serve with kimchi. 14. Dip the pork in the broth and wrap it in kimchi for an explosion of flavor!✨(dipping sauce kick) Oh, by the way! I sell authentic 'Korean bossam' made with high-quality ingredients using the traditional method. Plus, it comes with kimchi!🌶️ If you don’t feel like cooking, just order from BlondeKimchi! 👩🏼🍳

Finely mince one head of garlic (about 10 cloves). 2. Season the meat first (following the ingredients above). 3. Boil the spinach for 1 minute. 4. When boiling, add 1/2 tsp salt to the water. 5. Boil the soybean sprouts for 2 minutes. 6. Spinach seasoning: 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, a pinch of salt, 1 Tbsp sesame oil. 7. Soybean sprout seasoning: 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, a pinch of salt, 1 Tbsp sesame oil. 8. Julienne the carrot and stir-fry it in a pan with 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. 9. Slice 1/2 zucchini into half-moons, about 0.5 cm thick. 10. Stir-fry in a pan with 2 Tbsp of cooking oil, then add 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic and a pinch of salt, and continue stir-frying. 11. Stir-fry the seasoned meat until fully cooked, making sure there’s no pink left. 12. Prepare the bibimbap sauce following the ingredients above (2 servings). 13. Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and fry the egg to your desired level of doneness (sunny-side-up or soft). 14. Brush 1 Tbsp of sesame oil on a hot stone bowl (Dolsot) and heat it up. 15. Once the stone bowl is slightly heated (about 3 minutes), evenly spread the rice in the bowl. 16. Place the egg in the center, and around the egg, add 1.5 Tbsp each of the spinach, soybean sprouts, carrot, zucchini, and seasoned meat. 17. Heat for about 5 more minutes to make the rice crispy on the bottom (the process of creating a crust in the dolsot). 18. Drizzle 1-2 Tbsp of the bibimbap gochujang sauce on top, to your taste, and then sprinkle 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. 19. Mix everything well, so the vegetables, rice, and sauce blend together nicely. It was such a great time and I could even kind of understand people haha
Ohhh awesomeee I can see you enjoyed Busan food a lot haha I miss that too What was your favorite? I'll be your 만개의레시피 👩🏼🍳💗

The secret of juicy Korean meatball is 3tbsp 000! It’s in the recipe. Donggeurangttaeng 동그랑땡 Ingredients 250g of ground meat (preferably with a higher pork ratio) Meat seasoning: 0.5 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp cooking wine 0.5 tbsp soy sauce A pinch of salt Black pepper to taste ½ block of tofu 1 egg (to mix into the patty) 3 carrot ¼ onion ½ green onion 3 tbsp potato starch (The secret) 1 cup all-purpose flour 3 eggs (for the egg wash) A pinch of salt (for the egg wash) 5 tbsp or more of cooking oil Recipe 1. Season the ground meat. Meat seasoning: 0.5 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp cooking wine 0.5 tbsp soy sauce A pinch of salt Black pepper to taste 2. Chop the carrot, onion, and green onion using a chopper. (For a crunchier and tastier texture, chop them by hand.) 3. Add the chopped vegetables to the seasoned meat. 4. Add 1 egg to the meat mixture. 5. Squeeze the water out of half a block of tofu and add it to the meat mixture. 6. Add 3 tbsp of potato starch. (Secret recipe: this makes the meatballs chewy.) 7. If the mixture is too wet due to the tofu, add 1-2 tbsp of all-purpose flour. 8. Mix the meatball mixture thoroughly. 9. Shape the mixture into round meatballs, about 3-4 cm in diameter. 10. Roll the meatballs in all-purpose flour to coat them evenly. 11. Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt to make the egg wash. 12. Dip the floured meatballs into the egg wash, ensuring they are fully coated. 13. Generously add cooking oil to a pan and preheat it over low heat. 14. Place the meatballs onto the preheated pan. 15. Once the egg coating sets slightly, flip the meatballs. 16. After flipping, press the meatballs gently with a spatula to help them cook evenly. 17. Continue flipping and pressing the meatballs until they are golden brown on all sides. 18. If the pan starts to run out of oil, add more as needed to prevent burning while cooking. It's part 3, Donggeurangttaeng (Korean Meatballs 동그랑땡) of Korean Pancake set (Modeum jeon 모듬전) for Lunar New Year or Chuseok (Korean holidays). Modeum Jeon for Seollal. Part 2: Hobak Jeon (Korean Zucchini Pancakes) Happy Seollal! 새해 복 많이 받으세요 5 sec the easiest Korean pancake, zucchini pancake! 🥒 Zucchini Jeon (Hobak Jeon) 호박전 (3 people) Ingredients 1 zucchini 2 pinches of salt (for salting the zucchini) 3 eggs 1 pinch of salt (for the egg mixture) 1 cup of all-purpose flour 5 tablespoons of cooking oil Recipe Slice one zucchini into 1 cm thick rounds. Sprinkle 2 pinches of salt over the slices and let them sit for 10 minutes (secret recipe: this keeps the zucchini crunchy even after cooking). After 10 minutes, discard the water released from the zucchini. Lightly coat the zucchini slices with all-purpose flour, ensuring an even layer. Shake off any excess flour to keep the coating thin. Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt to make the egg wash. Dip the floured zucchini slices into the egg wash, coating them evenly. Generously add cooking oil to a pan and preheat it over low heat. Once the pan is hot, place the zucchini slices onto the pan. After 30 seconds, flip the slices (secret recipe: this helps the egg wash coat the zucchini). Continue flipping occasionally to cook the zucchini evenly without burning until golden brown. 👩🏼🍳You can find the full Modeum Jeon recipe on my website and RUclips video(Blonde Kimchi 블론드김치) linked in my profile. Soak frozen fish cakes in warm water for 10 minutes to remove excess oil. 2. Slice the radish thinly into square pieces. 3. Slice the green onion for the broth into 3 cm pieces. 4. Chop the green parts of the green onion for garnish. 5. Pour water into a Korean hot pot or stew pot. 6. Turn the heat to high. 7. Add the radish and green onion for the broth into the pot. 8. Add 2 tbsp of Gukganjang, 2tbsp of tuna sauce, 1 tbsp of cooking wine (mat-sul). 9. Add 1 tbsp of beef Dasida, this is the secret ingredient. 10. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to medium. Let it simmer until the radish becomes translucent. The longer it simmers, the better it tastes-about 20-30 minutes. * If the heat is too high and the water reduces too much, making the soup too salty, add a bit of water to adjust. 11. Once the radish is cooked and the seasoning is absorbed, add the fish cakes. 12. If you prefer a firmer texture, cook for 5 minutes. If you like them softer, cook for 10 minutes. 13. Sprinkle pepper to taste and topwith the chopped green onion garnish. Hi Im Korean BlondeKimchi 블론드김치👩🏼🍳 I moved to Europe and I cook Korean to feel home.
