I really like how younger guy in the back can't help but smile watching Ryan hit the reflex bag. I know that same feeling, the hair standing on the back of his neck, his mind completely forgetting where he is. Just completely awe stricken. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

I think he's slow. I know it's a reflex bag but the way he barely touches the bag at the beginning so that he can time his movements. I'd say he's slow and really isn't anything special. But would love to be proven wrong with some real fight stats.

It’s a good thing to do in between training helps him to keep sharp and keep the ring rust away but, doesn’t take the place of real intense sparring sessions
