Excellent video explanation of how to make this dress. I have never done a pintuck before and I have been sewing for many years. Thanks so much! Hoping for more sewing tutorials like this one! Thank you!
Such a pretty, comfy dress! Nice that it is for woven and knit fabrics too. if you do an update in the future, please include sleeves. Great job Robyn! I appreciate the tutorial too-especially for the lines pockets and burrito method demonstration.

The blue floral dress is so pretty. It looks so cute and flowy... I think you said it was quilting cotton...but is it a cotton/polyester blend? it has such a flow to it.

I purchased today and hopefully can figure out how to add some type of sleeve. I LOVE the dress but do not ever wear sleeveless. I'm needing for a vacation to Italy and don't think a jacket would work either. I think it would be way too warm. Maybe a longer butterfly type sleeve would work. What do you think?
Hello Verlene, Thank you so much for supporting my channel by purchasing my dress pattern!🤗🩷 I’m so happy you love it! I recently added a flutter sleeve to one of my dresses. I used a sleeve pattern but I had to trim it down to my size and to fit it to the armhole of this dress pattern. I think a butterfly type sleeve would be pretty too. There are several videos on RUclips that have tutorials on how to add a sleeve to a dress that may help you. Hi, I put on a T-shirt under my dress and there was plenty of room for it and it is comfortable too. A rounded neck T-shirt looks best. Thanks for the idea, now I can put a T-shirt on underneath my dresses for colder weather. Thank you so much!!!🤗🩷🙏 Have a blessed day!🌸🩷
Thank you for this detailed tutorial! I learned so many things from this! Wondering how i could alter the neckline so its not as wide. Would it just be trial and error using trial fabrics i guess?
Thank you so much Pam. So glad my video is helpful! Just be careful if you make the neckline too narrow you won’t be able to fit it over your head. This is a simple slip over or pop over dress. No zippers or buttons. Also remember the pattern looks wide because of the pin tucks, once you sew the pin tucks the neckline is much narrower. I hope this helps. Thank you for your kind comments!🤗🩷🌸 Have a sew blessed day!🤗
Hi Dorothy, I’m sorry I don’t have a printed pattern. But my pattern comes with an AO file that you can send to a copy shop to be printed out on a large sheet of paper. Lindsey with @InsidetheHem. Has a great video explaining about sending your pdf AO file to a copy shop to be printed and they mail it to you. Here is her video ruclips.net/video/cSk3FM-uLec/видео.html. She has a link to a copy shop in her description box. Plus you can check with fed ex and other copy shops to get your file printed on one big sheet of paper. I hope this helps. 🤗💗 Thank you for watching.

Does the pattern come with alternate collars? I like a v neck with a collar but don’t know how to modify the pattern to have that option. Any advice?
