- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is a fantasy novel written by British author J.K. Rowling and is the third in the Harry Potter series. The book follows Harry Potter, a young wizard, in his third year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Along with friends Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger, Harry investigates Sirius Black, an escaped prisoner from Azkaban, the wizard prison, believed to be one of Lord Voldemort's old allies.
The book was published in the United Kingdom on 8 July 1999 by Bloomsbury and in the United States on 8 September 1999 by Scholastic, Inc.[1][2][3][4] Rowling found the book easy to write, finishing it just a year after she began writing it. The book sold 68,000 copies in just three days after its release in the United Kingdom and since has sold over three million in the country.[5] The book won the 1999 Whitbread Children's Book Award, the Bram Stoker Award, and the 2000 Locus Award for Best Fantasy Novel and was short-listed for other awards, including the Hugo.
The film adaptation of the novel was released in 2004, grossing more than $796 million and earning critical acclaim. Video games loosely based on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban were also released for several platforms, and most obtained favourable reviews.

I’m from Russia. And I laughed a lot, ‘cause Portuguese “Shut up!” sounds like “Колобок” (“kolobok”). I mean, to be fair, the translation is not 100% accurate. "Halt den Mund" is a fair bit more polite than Shut up. Also a bit longer to say, makes it quiet harder to screaming it aggressively. More precise would be: "Halts Maul". Short, rude, easy to scream. So.. dont use it if you visit Germany. ;)

As a fun fact, in Polish version Harry says "Zamknij się, stul pysk" which is fumny, as stul pysk is a phrase we would rather use to a dog or really hurshly to other human being, as pysk means snout or muzzle rather than mouth and is mostly used for animals, not humans. And considering that they were talking about dogs... yeah it fits so perfectly xD

The way in english it's shut up and in hungarian Harry still uses the polite(ish) form of shutting Marge up uwu
Same in Czech - if I recall the scene well, he says: "That's enough! Be quiet!" (in polite form)
Hungarian and Czech - polite
English - kinda aggressive, impolite but nothing unordinary
Polish - Shut the f*ck up! At least that's one of more accurate translation, cause it's kinda hard to properly translate "stul pysk", it's rude, like very rude and aggressive, although it's worse then "shut up" it's still not the worst one you can say. Polish version is filled with a lot of stuff like that and all of it is on a border of very aggressive and swearing (they don't acctually swear, but all of the movies have a lot of that e.g. in one scene Draco refers to Ron "trash"... Not really a swear word, but y'know not really something you would expect in such movie.)
