I live in lufkin this a big story for a small town a couple years ago , my buddy’s dad is good friends with the dude wreck the Bugatti he has a nice car shop , he didn’t want to pay the car note haha
The content that would have been making this car work would have been gold... and attract so much views..
Wow ! What a story !
He does a good job of thinking and describing what the possibilities are.
The business acumen to think through the purchase of a car that may never actually run and how to assure at minimum recouping what's put into it is beautiful.
Should've ls swaped it.
Car Geeks that would be hell of an ls swap
Hahaha
2jz swap lol
Hahaha. Wait. The motor is basically the best already. Only thing you could do is to downgrade which would be a Prius motor swap.
2x LS swap
You tell the best stories
Thanks!

This guy is a very articulate and eloquent story teller.
I think a bunch of excellent youtubers familiar with working on exotics should "group buy" the car, decide on all of the details before they go through with it but everyone has a role, an electrician, a engine tech, a transmission tech, a fabricator, metal worker, body shop, etc. All should get together and make videos of rebuilding the car. It would be sooooo epic, And it would garner millions of views!
Holy shit I never knew that video was from Galveston, I live less than 10 minutes from where the car was driven into the water
I live like 2 hours away from there
I literally use to walk next to this car everyday !! XD it’s was Held at Vic’s auto on kurykendahl in Houston Texas off of kuykendahl

Would love to help with the electrical. Probably the biggest concern is not the wiring but ruined cylinder liners from oxidation, the car went in quite deep into the water. The electrical is pretty easy to restore, not that it’s not time consuming.
Shut up bitch
Was on the way home from a fishing trip in Galveston on 45 North. Traffic was a slow roll and off the East side of the freeway nicely set out in the marsh sat that car...
That must have been something to c did u laugh
