It's always easier to "arm chair quarterback" but it seems to me, had you angled the blade left, took out the wind row on the left side of your push path, you could have reversed further to the left and stayed outside of DP's swing radius and had the added benefit of not having to beat your back by bouncing over every bucket full he dumped. Not criticizing how you did it. Just trying to offer a different way.
Bob, you are correct other than the fact that I had a stake on that side I could not run over or cover up. Adding more dirt outside the wind row would have done just that. I greatly appreciate your advise and yes in a different situation that would work perfectly!
