I UNDERSTAND! I am soo glad that you touched on antenatal and postnatal depression. I went through this and felt soo alone and isolated. Please do go into detail if possible. I remember feeling exactly as you described and i could not find myself, the person i was before my 2 girls.

Glad you feel better. Some how, even though mental health is quite talked about, but when you go through it, it can feel a very lonely place and that you are the only one feeling like that and that you should just brave it up. I’m glad you have come out of it on the other side with the help of faith.

Can i ask did u take any anti depressant at all to get through it or any therapy sessions?
Also how long were you depressed for? How did u get through it with 3 children?

That's such good advice about the gas and air. My tip to add to that is not to stop using it just cause the pains gone away for a second 😆
I had my son last year and he also had shoulder dystocia. I only had gas and air too, but wish I could've had more pain relief!
I'm so sorry to hear you struggled but I'm glad you're feeling better now ❤️

And yes, nobody is alone with anxiety and depression.I know how hard it is and I went throw it as well and my sisters too.
It comes back sometimes , but I'm better at dealing with it now too.

Mashallah looking gorgeous as always thank you so much for sharing ur experiences during labour with Noah and yahya I learnt from you how to stay calm and relaxed and how to breath through it I had my 14months old at 34 weeks and and second 4 months old at 27 months natural labour also whilst I was having contractions I would remember you and say breathe through it.
