I do somewhat of an expanded version of this: banana, oats, avocado, peanut butter (although I use about 1/4 cup, I freaking LOVE peanut butter), 2 ice cubes, soaked chia seeds and cocoa powder (optional). Comes out amazingly thick and creamy like soft serve ice cream. I eat it with a spoon.

And when you workout you must lift weights in order to build muscle (gain weight),otherwise if you're just doing squats without the weights then you won't gain.

It works if you drink it everyday. You'll see results pretty fast - within 5 days if you're consistent.

Ps: use 3 bananas and 2 cups of milk for each smoothie. You may also add half avocado.
Real Maple Syrup instead of Honey if you're out, is just as good!~
