Nice review! You seem to drive a lot of nice cars and have nothing bad to say about the X3M. I have this and love it! I hate reviews that nit pick some things like suspension too firm. It is a true M not my M40I which I do miss the B58 low end torque and backfires but once you are going it walks almost evrything. Your eyes sum it up when you accelerate. It is hard to take in everything in going 0 to 60 in 3.6 seconds! Thank you for reassurring me I own one of the most badass vehicles at any price!
Well presented very informative agree with all your comments I am a recent convert to an X3M competition from a M140i have driven sporty saloons all my long life was apprehensive about an SUV needed more space for the Grandchildren not disappointed,

You mean the strut brace? It has strut braces. It’s just that they’re not fancy carbon strut braces and it doesn’t make a horseshoe shape. You can see them when the hood is open.
Awesome SUV . BMW finally decided to up the power. but as for me i would prefer the X2M styling , it looks wider and lower. it just needs the power and that crossover would be a Win for me.
Badass suv. M40i are just as good and lots of potential with upgrades plus much much cheaper. Love the white with black but if it was mine I'd wrap the v brace in same blue color as the calipers. ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE
I would prefer a BMW station wagon with this engine tbh. And I would also prefer the BMW DCT over this Automatic. Why haven’t BMW used the DCT with this engine?
The wheels seem to be designed to look like pistons but they are not pretty at all, in overall it still a well-designed SUV I love the X3 and I can figure out that there is a huge progress in design since 2004, Support from Tunisia
i really love the x3, size interior, ⁴outlook, practical and driving experience... but with this price , is it better than to choose macan gts or macan turbo ?

Thats so badass and great review. I wanted one of these M suv's but found out that the prices of these were just not gonna be affordable for me whem i was looking for a brand new car. I settled with a ford explorer st and its been awesome and i plan on getting the new whipple intercooler for the car to fit on and improve my cars performance. After i get it installed and adjust my tune for e-85 ill be running 0-60 probably in less then 3.7 for where i live and cant wait for it.🤤🤤🤤
Afrim Ademi bro you don’t need to buy brand new cars. My parents are car dealers and it’s not worth paying so much money because when you put 1 km or 1 mile the value of the car instantly drops. My advice is to buy a used car which is much cheaper than a new car. (If it’s in good condition)

Vehicle Virals for the price in my opinion it’s not worth it, much rather get the x5m it’s around 50k it has the s63 which that engine comes in the f10 m5 so its strong and the car looks bad ass

I've got an X3 35i. Love it. Sounds good, handles good, and moves. Can't tell you are driving an SUV. No regrets.

You mean the strut brace? It has strut braces. It’s just that they’re not fancy carbon strut braces and it doesn’t make a horseshoe shape. You can see them when the hood is open.

Until maintenance hits, s63 probably least reliable bmw engine, I would trust bmw inline 6 engine, but not bmw V8.
