I’m not sure if it is ever directly stated in this game, but I thought some people who aren’t aware would appreciate knowing that the anatomical model is heavily implied to be what remains of Yuuya Kizami. He was attacked outside the science lab while chasing Yuka, hence why he was turned into a model. The comment about the anatomical model’s size is also a very subtle hint due to Kizami being overall bigger than most of the other male characters. In other corpse party media, he is canonized as the model.
