I am the original owner of a white 1st gen Tacoma double cab TRD 4wd with 188k miles and a color matching fiberglass topper. I only use oem quality/Japanese replacement parts or better and synthetic oils. I have a 2.5” King Coilovers on front and All-Pro Offroad Expedition rear leaf springs and Ironman foam
Cell Pro rear shocks with a Eaton E-Locker in front diff w/heavy duty CV axles and the Factory Toyota Electric locker in rear diff. I have RCI 1/4” steel skid plates and Steel front and rear bumpers with a Warn 8k Lb winch on portable tray that can go on front or rear bumper and side rock sliders and 32” Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T tires and a Midland MXT275 gmrs radio installed. And I built a custom front sway bar disconnect system.

@@CBIOFFROADFAB LOL you just say that because you have to or you might not get a raise. My best friend is a shrink and I helped him study all threw med school, and I became pretty good at observing people and its like you guys are holding back your real personality when hal is around. and then like when you guys went fishing on the Idaho trip, he said he hated fishing or something to that effect you could tell the whole mood dropped. its hard for people in the situation to clearly see who has what effect it has on a group. but if you study the behavior of the group during the Colorado trip and the Death Valley trip you can really tell a difference. that's why in the military, they don't allow fratorazition it has a direct effect on moral and unit cohesiveness. I was a production analyst for 20 yrs. in manufacturing and when the upper management came out on the factory floor smiles disappeared, moods changed and when we did out unit analyses at the end of the day it showed that production actually would drop during the time management would be out in the plant. that just my observation on the situation

@@erice4611 Nah, the current naturally aspirated frontier kind of crushes the naturally aspirated V6 taco. Every reviewer says so, and my two friends who moved from Gen 3 tacos to it say so. If the Gen 4 taco releasing on the 19th is as great as I'm hoping it will be with the hybrid powertrain, I'm just going to wait until the 2024.

The old saying “KISS” and i got offroad skills i can out wheel some rich guy with the latest truck. It’s been proven with proper training can actually stop a vehicle without ABS faster but majority of ppl don’t have that skill down so ABS works better for them.
