      Our Mangalista bacon turned out amazing. We smoked it for 3 days with a combo of Oak, Hickory and Maple. Taking our hams out today

    Did you have plans/ blueprints for that smoke house or just wing it? I’m gonna build one from reclaimed fencing and was just curious. It’s very nice!Thanks for the videos!

      In my opinion any size is great! At least in the female edition! Boars can be a bit rank.

    Great video. Baconator knew it was bacon day, the one that was working almost missed out. Nathan channel with definitely get there. Have you made Hog Head cheese on your channel, just curious. Do y’all eat it.

    I'm watching this video for a second time. I committed when I watched it months ago. I just wanted to say I like the fat on my pork chops and beef steak. The fat holds all the flavor.😋
