I ate many sea snails same as the film shows when my family had a sea food restarunt. Except the the last part took out on 4:30, the main part of this sea snail is very tough to chew. And without cutting the blown skin off (07:50), it is even harder to chew. I don't even want to eat that part again. But the part show on 4:30 is soft and delicious, I recommand people should try it.

When the dish is almost done, we add gulantro and sliced red chilli as final step for decoration and getting more flavor to the dish ^^ We usualy have this one with bread because the sauce is super delicious!!! I love to dip that type of muscle in a hot pepper paste mixed with vinegar to give it a creamy consistency. Like that sauce with any snails, geoduck and octopus.
Is that tough and chewy? I’ve never had geoduck and wonder if that’s tough as well?
