And without cutting the blown skin off (07:50), it is even harder to chew. I don't even want to eat that part again. But the part show on 4:30 is soft and delicious, I recommand people should try it.

When the dish is almost done, we add gulantro and sliced red chilli as final step for decoration and getting more flavor to the dish ^^ We usualy have this one with bread because the sauce is super delicious!!! Bon apétit 🥰
