Didn't watch Jag at first, but for some reason, it could't be because of DJE, while scanning TV ONE night at 12:00 am it was on. This has been about, since last December '2014. Since then I have seen it most ever day, I look for it to be on. I love Mac & Harm so much, I was almost thinking they were a "thing" in real life! I am just 70 years old, imagine!!!!! They are perfect for this awesome story. I know they are probably no available for sale, but , I would love to have all episodes to watch from the beginning to end, before I leave for my permanent home "Heaven"! Why have I gotten this so involved into this show, guess it reminds me if an old acquaintance years ago! I have gone into all info on JAG, sincerely enjoyed reading about all if them. I must say also, I love Bud & Henrietta, just all! I am very emotional about thus show. I should have been made into a mivie! Thank you for sharing this awesome show! Wish I could have met them all, especially you know who (whom). He seems like a real gentleman , I love his voice & love Ms. Mac's!!!!! I loved this show!! But it really sucked how they never finished the episode “skeleton crew” at the end of season two after they made the switch from NBC to CBS.
I know it made a great plot device, but why in hell did it take Mac and Harm 8-9 years to admit their love. Any man who had a knockout girl like Mac in their life and didn't act on the mutual attraction is a fool -even if it's only a tv show.
I wish they hadn't brought them back on NCIS Los Angeles just to tell us that they didn't get married and went their separate ways in the end... It would have been better to make us believe they were end game.

A little too late, 14 years later. Mac has aged, of course, and the magic of two such stunningly beautiful people can't be brought back. She's on Hallmark Channel now. Pretty, but not the same. I would have loved a couple movies. Harm was a combination of Batman, James Bond, Rambo, and Perry Mason.
All producers of these shows know a simple truth: as soon as the two lead actors consumate their love--and are a "couple"--then the show WILL lose big time ratings, and be over in a year or two. That's why they wait until they know it will be ending, to let them go at it like two rabbits.
This moment is what we've been waiting for throughout all the seasons. It was a great closing moment, but it also left fans a bit empty I think. Cause there is no closure.
Remember April 29, 2005 like it was yesterday. Had a stupid Comcast cable outage at my apartment in GA. Didn't get to see the series finale until a few weeks later when a friend recorded it. After nine years, Harm and Mac finally resolved their differences. But let's be real here. That should have happened well before the series finale. I'm still holding out for a reboot or at least a TV movie here in March 2019.

Ironic it took them 9 yrs to finally be together for the final series and in NCIS LA Mac tells Henrietta (Linda Hunt) that they haven't seen each other for 9yrs! I like the Jag ending and the writer's should of have just left it alone! 😠

He replies like "You know why" She tells him why having a committed relationship won't work. She says to him that both of them want to be on top and this is the reason why they can't be together. I thought by this episode the writers dragged the "Will they?" Too long. I was bored waiting for the series to end. I like the final series where they finally agreed to get marry. Then NCIS LA comes along and ruined the whole idea that their marriage worked! Now we have to wait again if they will get back together.

Harm is sooo handsome those eyes and that smile is enough to make any woman weak at the knees; while Mac has beautiful beguiling eyes, what a combination. They've loved each other for a long time. They love each other very much. She's a beautiful, strong, intelligent, classy, good woman and he's a really good guy.
This certainly was a good show, and I loved it as a kid, but what I will always concede was inherently wrong with it was the stupid tortured nature of Harm and Mac's romance. I can't understand how two people can go through so much together and dance around their feelings for each other for NINE YEARS. It was ridiculous. Mac's incessant need for Harm to say the words, and Harm's incessant refusal to say them. I mean, for God's sake, he resigned his commission and went to fucking Paraguay and rescued her from Islamic Fundamentalists! And then she had the audacity to ask him why, and all he could say was, "You know why..." Good show, but these two should have at least dated a long time before the series ended.
I think it was just bad writing. The series had a lot of potential to be about OTHER things than their stupid tortured romance. Law & Order pulled this off just fine.
Sadly it's what the producers wanted. They felt people would lose interest if they put the two leads together, the Moonlighting curse. I totally disagree, with good writers the show would still have been relevant although realistically if they were a couple in the military they wouldn't have been able to work together so closely like they did on cases (but then again when was anything realistic on that show in regards to the military and before you try and disagree with me on that I'm a Navy vet and my husband is still active duty).
I only HALF Agree that show has gone WAY down since they shut the Door on Chris and I completely understand if it was True and he wanted an unheard of amount of money but Chris and Olivia pretty much MADE the show on Law & Order now that he is gone I swore I wasn't going to watch not even one Episode I Tried though cause I like who plays Olivia can't spell her name won't try lmao... But its just not the same I love the Anger Chris had rather if it was all for show or if he really does feel that way about those Sick O's !!!

Over the years, I've heard people complain about Mac not reciprocating Harm's "I love you" and doubting whether it would have worked between them because she didn't say it. Personally, I feel that Mac saying it was never an issue. Everyone knew she loved him (& vice versa), the expression on her face was of relief when he finally got his act together and 'stated his intentions'. I love these two because 'sometimes', they just don't have to communicate with words. =) 'bout time we had a reunion!
Any time I watch this clip it's the first time, I end up blubbering and crying, and asking why did it have to end, who gave up their career, what about tiner and the admiral. This show is one of the few shows that could be picked up for a few more seasons.

I love this scene, its scary to think its been 5 years. Bud and harriet were in the same chain of command but when they got narried harriet was transfered 2 another chain of command but was kept workin at jag by admirals privilages. So for it 2 work for harm and mac one would have 2 transfer out if they were stayin in dc but cause they are goin 2 seperate sides of the world the only way they would be able to stay together would be for one to leave or go into the reserves
I only wished they would have taken a few shows in the last season and focused on Harm and Mac's relationship a bit more and let it lead up to this conclusion. An anticipated ending, but it happened so sudden in the last episode after it being dragged out in all the previous seasons with them never really getting together. A romantic moment here and there in the last season episodes would have been more satisfactory and dramatic with it still concluding this way.
Hey everbody, I read on Facebook that somebody wrote an article to a Newspaper and he or she asked if there will ever be a reunion. The newspaper asked Donald P.Bellisario(the executive producer) what he thinks. He said that he wants to give a reunion to every fan which has kept the show in the air for 10 years. The only problem is CBS holds the rights.
Loved the Harm and Mac chemistry but just took too long to eventuate and became frustrating. They should have given us a wedding to cap of the series. The series owed it to the fans. They kissed at the end of season 6, that should have sealed their fate. Yet we go through another 4 seasons and it's all over in the last 5 minutes of the final episode. Poorly orchestrated.
It would have been fun, to see Mac and Harm marry or married. A special wedding gift from Webb, they are assigned together, back at JAG. Where Mac proceeds to have twins.
Harm showed guts to tell Mac in her face that he's in love with her after all that they've been through together,though this wasn't the 1st time that they were kissing each other.

the only way this could have been any better would have been for Chegwidden to step in and catch the coin after it was flipped and say "I believe this is my coin to toss".

The show runner of NCIS LA said a few weeks ago he is actively trying to work out a schedule to get David James Elliot and Catherine Bell on the show.

Over the years, I've heard people complain about Mac not reciprocating Harm's "I love you" and doubting whether it would have worked between them because she didn't say it. Personally, I feel that Mac saying it was never an issue. Everyone knew she loved him (& vice versa), the expression on her face was of relief when he finally got his act together and 'stated his intentions'. I love these two because 'sometimes', they just don't have to communicate with words. =) 'bout time we had a reunion!

Any time I watch this clip it's the first time, I end up blubbering and crying, and asking why did it have to end, who gave up their career, what about tiner and the admiral. This show is one of the few shows that could be picked up for a few more seasons.

I love this scene, its scary to think its been 5 years. Bud and harriet were in the same chain of command but when they got narried harriet was transfered 2 another chain of command but was kept workin at jag by admirals privilages. So for it 2 work for harm and mac one would have 2 transfer out if they were stayin in dc but cause they are goin 2 seperate sides of the world the only way they would be able to stay together would be for one to leave or go into the reserves
I would give up not only the Navy, but the Marines, Army, Air Force and Notre Dame football to have that girl look at me like that once.

I only wished they would have taken a few shows in the last season and focused on Harm and Mac's relationship a bit more and let it lead up to this conclusion. An anticipated ending, but it happened so sudden in the last episode after it being dragged out in all the previous seasons with them never really getting together. A romantic moment here and there in the last season episodes would have been more satisfactory and dramatic with it still concluding this way.

I read on Facebook that somebody wrote an article to a Newspaper and he or she asked if there will ever be a reunion. The newspaper asked Donald P.Bellisario(the executive producer) what he thinks. He said that he wants to give a reunion to every fan which has kept the show in the air for 10 years. The only problem is CBS holds the rights.
Where can I watch all the episodes from the beginning ?
Loved the Harm and Mac chemistry but just took too long to eventuate and became frustrating. They should have given us a wedding to cap of the series. The series owed it to the fans. They kissed at the end of season 6, that should have sealed their fate. Yet we go through another 4 seasons and it's all over in the last 5 minutes of the final episode. Poorly orchestrated.

We’ve waited over a decade to finally find out what happened with these two after the coin toss in the bar and....they chose their careers over each other (again) and broke up???? Like, Seriously???? Hopefully when NCISLA comes back in the fall we’ll get a little more closure...
the NCIS writers srewed this big time, it's not possible they would do this...
the only way this could have been any better would have been for Chegwidden to step in and catch the coin after it was flipped and say "I believe this is my coin to toss".
