Together they made a full meal in under 30 mins from start to finish - One camera. One Take. No Stopping. A simple and light tomato pasta recipe, tasty bruschetta, hearty salad and flavoursome drink. I actually like this format better, since I always need really detailed instructions when cooking, and also it makes me realise that cooking food from scratch doesn't always take a long time. I mean, it was 4 recipes done in less then 30 mins! Great stuff Jamie!

real time is great, sometimes chef saying cook it for a while til its blah blah blah, but for us beginners we dont really know when we should stop for some steps.. this real time video gave us the real feeling of every single step. good work jamie

PLEASE do more of those =D! It has a whole lot more Charme, rustiness and passion like normal cooking videos. It's like the one Jamie did with Hannah Heart. I enjoy it a great deal when chefs like Jamie or Gennaro get simple but passionate about making simple food =)

Really great and original idea! Made the food look incredibly accessible. Would love to see more of this series, with just Jamie and also with known faces from elsewhere in youtube land. How did I miss this one, 3 years ago? One of the best vids. I've ever seen in RUclips! I liked it being not edited, natural and easy going even the (only) 25 min. duration. Perfect for summer, perfect for not bothering with meat after returning home from work, wonderful tastes - I'm sure even didn't try it yet. As we use to say it in my mother-language's modern slang-idioms (Hebrew): "Sof Ha'Derekh" = "road's end" - but in the opposite, positive meaning: Magnificent!

Ok I have just discovered this whole FoodTube thing and I love it! (I watch your shows all the time and have been wondering what goes on on the other end as well as watching the recipes and learning). The live ones are amazing and I loved the behind the scenes, seeing the space and props, real time cooking and camera men (big guy!) and how it all looks and works. The little funnies that happen, the gorgeous recipes and the interaction and hang outs with other cool people is so entertaining. I could go on and on but we be here all day!! It is awesome and please please please do more! So Inspiring and I want to go and find out what all of these other people are doing so thank you for sharing the love!
