exceptional film. tragically unrecognized. the score is incredible. my favorite part about this particular piece ("escape") is that it is built from the song that is used during the montage when the aviator tames the little girl and the little prince tames the fox. wonderful callback. my favorite moment is when the adults stop to see the stars in the sky for their beauty (rather than as something to count) and the king whispers "wonderful". perfection.
"because it's only with the heart, one can see rightly" It doesn't matter who you are, what race, background or religion you profess. This will just speak to you because it will talk to your heart. Thanks for the vid.
@@mamiyonnaise same it's amazing how this movie just speaks to you the story is filling my heart with joy and that quote is just ..... PERFECTION at it's finest
When I was recently adopted, my parents gifted me "The Little Prince" book. Saw the musical and years later this movie. I felt so nostalgic.... Still do.
The best scene is when the meaning of the asteroids and setting of the story is reveal, at the last part. That the asteroids and its names are hospital rooms and room numbers. Then you'll realize how the story is written. It's brilliant. Sad but wonderfully brilliant.
Not many realized it. Not even in reading the book. But the hint was shown in the last scenes. Could even speculate that the little prince is also a patient in that hospital of tiny rooms called asteroids. Really wonderfully written.
In the book there are no Hospital, what are you talking about. And what you said isn't true. The Hospital room we saw in the last part are 123, 124, 125 (Aviator's Room) and the asteroids name are 325, 326, 327, 328 and b-612. And the same happens when the Aviator goes to the hospital with the child following him, the only room we see is 505. Just checked everything. Dunno what Book you read, or film you've seen.
Haha, is that so. My apologies. I may have become too imaginative bout the movie or book. Still a nice thought if it were true. Haven't read "i am the Cheese". Is it a good read?
Best Animation (Stop-Motion and very smooth 3D), Best Musical Score (One of the greatest works of Hans Zimmer) , Best Voice Acting and Amazing Cast (Jeff Bridges, Riley Osborne, Mckenzie Foy, Paul Rudd, MArion Cotillard, James Franco, Rachel McAdams, Albert Brooks, Bernicio del Toro, Paul Giamatti, Bud Cort, Ricky Gervais ), and Best Story (I love how they use the story from the book and make it more creative and beautiful.) THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN SO FAR! ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES OF ALL TIME! I HOPE IT WILL WIN THE OSCARS 2017!
I love the changes to the story they had in this movie. How they had The Little Prince grow up and then remembers what happened when he was in the desert. And how they added a little girl to know about the story and the aviator grows old and tells the little girl the story.
I know right? This Climax is really Beautiful, specially with the stars and Hans Zimmer's music... I remember watching the scene of the girl walking in the stars and I thought: "Wow, that scene must be beautiful!" and yes! My expectations were exceeded, made me wish I could walk in there too :)
This movie is sooo good! I don't care if it separates too far from the book, it carries a slue of scenarios that are relatable, sad, and just flat out... guh, I have stars in my eyes, this is amazing...
Given that it's a French film, they based it off of a French plane. The Spad XIII, which was used in WW1. The only problem is the Spad was a Inline while this is a radial. And it even has the blisters on the cowl which the Spad 13 had, it's pretty odd.
I love this film. The film itself, the direction, writing, performances, cinematography, editing, sound mix and design, visuals, music; is perfectly done greatly, and should stand out as one of my top 11 animated films of 2015.
Strangely enough, this scene has a lot of similarities with the destruction of Laputa in Laputa Castle in the Sky. - Each scene is about a character deciding to make a stand for what they believe in front of an adult(s). - Both are helped by another character (male or female) - Even though there is an act of destruction, it is accompanied by a pretty good musical piece that tells us that it's the best thing thqt could happened. - They both escape on flying machine to reunite with someone important. I don't know if this was intentional, but I couldn't get this out of my head. The Little Prince (2015) and Laputa Castle in the Sky are movies that I love very much. If that was intentional or they draw inspiration from other sources, it's pretty awesome.
These were just her Imagination of both how the world works and the story of the little prince right? She learned how to spend her youth and childhood instead of being forced to plan out her future very early by her mom.
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!! Thank you for posting this on RUclips!!!!!! This was also my favorite part! I mean both part one and two. Again thank you! This movie was amazing and I love love love love loved this part!
Had the chance of playing this song for our marching band this year in our show. It was by far the best song I've ever played my whole 5 years so far in band. 1:38 is where it starts :)
i love this sooooooooooooooooooooooo much this is my favoret movie then how to train your dragon.(my twin whant to raply too) when ever i whach it, never get's old
I always wanted to know what happened to tje little prince after he left... well this was a very clever way to show that.. I really like it even though this part does not shows in the book
"I'm not hopeless....I'm hopeful!"
This movie did justice to the adaptation of the book and even giving its own heart warming twists.
"That's right , I'm full of hope!"
"And I love a rose...and SHE loves me and she's waiting for me! So...I don't think I wanna work for you anymore. And, um...I quit."

the little prince 2010 animated series is a tv show with the best adaptation of the book ive ever seen
The Little Girl really has come full circle in this scene! I love her quote: "I *will* grow up, but I will never be a grown-up like *you!*"
Goosebumps, chills, significance in this scene...perfect. :)
"I will grow up, but I'll never be a grown-up like you!"
I will grow up too , but I'll never be a grown up like business man
Best quote.
It's true in every aspect.
*I’ll never be a adult like you*
Such an underrated movie. Brilliant writing, tear dropping music by Hans Zimmer and a fantastic visual look. This movie deserves more
¿But why is underrated?
Ikr it deserves more recognition every detail in the movie is just STUNNING and BEAUTIFUL
This was as beautiful as Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
"No no, it's my fault, my face shouldn't of been there" 😂
Ain't that just a mood

Wow, I didn't even notice! Thanks for sharing, that's lovely. Can I ask how it's hinted in the book though?

it has a good great massage: grown ups should never break the child's dreams
