Forgive me if i'm not correct but the problem is the police and authorities don't take hate crime seriously in Bulgaria. I saw some statistics that was hard to believe. That in 2016 700 hate crimes were noted by Bulgarian police..the followings year it nose dived to 25!! So clearly they are not taking it seriously..and that is permitted by their superiors i.e government.
In sofia they are linked to the mafia and basically run the football clubs. some games they are the only people that turn up to games so to ban them would be to cut off your nose to spite your face. ive spent time with both cska and levski ultras and while Levski will call cska far left communists, in my opinion they are both politically far right and all that comes with being that way but NOT specifically ONLY white supremacist.

A thing a lot of people don’t know is that in Bulgaria we knew from about a week ago that a certain group of fans will try to do this. It was planed, the people who did it weren’t kicked out of the stadium , they just did the job they were told to and left.

The white players only have to play and enjoy the game, at most prove they are worth of the game/team whereas the others have to prove they're worthy of being considered human...a sad reality for many.
