There is some ambiguity on the voice credits.
IMDB gives both Dave Fennoy and Greg Eagles as the voice of The General, though Greg Eagles was uncredited.
According to IMDB, Phil Lamarr is the voice of Mr. Sunshine but was uncredited. However, Phil Morris apparently voiced him in Saints Row IV, and Morris is listed in the Saints Row 2 credits as "Various," making him a possible contender here.
Andrew Kishino played one of the Son of Samedi members. Unfortunately, I don't have any clear info on the others!
At least there's no ambiguity on Neil Patrick Harris as DJ Veteran Child.
