ATVO is the program and the overlay was custom made by FRN (Flatout Racing Network)

Thanks for responding wow!! I don't want to drag out a conversation here in the comments but long story short I'm trying to move away from SDK and learn ATVO. Any suggestions on how to learn more about it to use it? Not a ton of videos on how to use the program!
