As a Director of Photography with my own grip truck and gear I keep a lot of extension cords on my truck. But you'd be surprised as to the variety and type of cords I use. Different types of power cords have different uses and in this episode I'll explain why I keep so many kinds in my kit, but also why I use the industry standard cord known in the business as "Stinger" the most, and why you should consider keeping this standard in your kit even though they cost more.
