Y'all ever hear a song that you feel like, at least for one crucial moment, entirely captures your essence as a living being? yeah me neither, this shit bangs tho
I'm about to write my dissertation for university which goes into hauntology, which mark fisher described as basically the use of older nostalgic sounds and styles "haunting" contemporary music, it's all very interesting stuff to read about
dawg this song is so good i keep coming back to it. its been my favourite song for like a year. I always show this song to people who ask me what breakcore is
renard was how I got introduced to this whole genre, and they did heavily influence me, rn tho I've kinda dropped renard and am more expanded out influence wise Artists like annoying ringtone, djkurara, reizoko cj, divtech, foxdye, bob the builder, etc etc etc
Renard was definitely how I got into breakcore, but I ended up getting more into Bandetto and was unable to really find more artists that did happy hardcore/breakcore similar to that I'll definitely check out these artists as I've never actually heard of most of them. And it's good that you've found your own style! I really like it.
@@Shoebill ruclips.net/video/AlIUNtQEI_s/видео.html it sounds more like this one than the sugababes one but maybe thats because the pitch is higher lol

tracks always hella different from each other while keeping the same style. easily my fav artist
shoebill
This sounds exactly like something I'd hear way back in later 2000's and get ultra nostalgic over when I return to it
is fake nostalgia a thing?
My style is just very reminiscent of the older stuff, I remember loffciamcore telling me that
this also gives me nostalgia.. I miss the early 2000's. I like new songs that sound like something I'd hear in 2008-2013

Miranda Cosgrove - About You Now 💖
The original is "About You Now" by Sugababes, but Miranda Cosgrove's cover version was most likely the one we all heard when we were younger
