I love Danny's voice in this song but they just took the original vocals and put them onto a rock-style track which didn't seem to fit for me. They could probably make it sound more fitting if Danny re-recorded the vocals for this and did it either in a different tempo, or something, and I know that's a ton of work, but just feel like this song could have been a bit better.
James Murphy you sir, are a very intelligent man. This sounds like vultures original played and some other song in the background, it’s like all over the place and doesn’t fit at all
It’s not even too much work I swear this would’ve been great with Danny’s harsh vocals

Had Danny simply rerecorded his vocal tracking then added some new clean harmonies and/or growls - it would of really worked.

Muito bom!!! O instrumental combinou perfeitamente com a letra. Desde o Acústico, eu imaginava essa música com uma pegada mais rock, mas nunca consegui imaginar que ficaria tão bom assim.
@Estação Blue Mano, eu entendo sua visão. Concordo que não está tão diferente do acústico. Meu comentário não foi tão esclarecedor, porém, por mais que o som esteja bem semelhante ao acústico, o instrumental encaixou perfeitamente. E isso é muito bom!

@@adryalbinfandubs8535 Es la Deluxe Edition del último álbum. El nuevo álbum tendrá que esperar, Danny dijo que por políticas de la discográfica tendrá que demorar un poco mas.
Asking Alexandria se ha vuelto muy dependiente del estilo de Danny, por lo tanto, es dudoso que vuelvan a hacer algo "fuerte como antes". Principalmente por el tema de la voz de este, se ha dañado mucho con el tiempo, y el constante problema de la gorda con los fanáticos del Old Asking es cada vez más grande debido al rotundo pedido de estos para que vuelvan al metalcore, lo cual hace que Danny se enoje aún más y tenga menos ganas de gritar. xd
Ellos lo llaman como un "pasado", pues ya ni siquiera tocan temas viejos, y si lo hacen, son temas en versión acústica.
No soy hater ni nada, es más, me gusta el hecho de ver evolucionar las bandas que me gustan, pero si bien ellos lo esconden bajo el nombre de "es una nueva etapa en la banda", se nota muy a leguas de que ya no quieren perder un vocalista y hacen todo porque Danny siga, más si eso es cumplirle su estilo calmado.

Recuerdo una publicación que hizo en su instagram que era una pequeña grabación que hizo de scream porque sus haters decia que ya no podía gritar más. Creo que ya no quieren hacerlo más y optan más por esto de madurar y seguramente los old fans pidiéndole una y otra vez que hagan metalcore hacen que tengan aún menos ganas de hacerlo. Así como una vez un dan le dijo a Ben Bruce que hagan gira por los 10 años de SUAS y Ben le dijo que no.

The thing I don't get about this band is that Ben was pissed when Danny left and that he didn't want to scream anymore, wrote a whole album that was a fuck you to him, and is now perfectly fine with the whole We Are Harlot sound
Finally someone that's saying the stuff I've been saying for years. Ben and the band didn't want any of this!! It leads me to think the band settled for Danny when Denis left.

Didn’t change the vocals at all which they should have done
I honestly thought it would've been like a big explosive anthemy vibe like the death of me rock remix. It honestly sounds like they put their amp on crunch and palm muted the original notes with a new melody thrown in at the beginning and the bridge.
This biggest issue that I have is that the drums were rewritten way heavier than the guitars and the vocals didn't change. Honestly as a drummer Im pretty glad to hear some appealing drums but I wish the guitars went all out too
Honestly sounds like a RUclipsr put their own homemade jam over the top of the original song.
Mainly because of the fact the vocals are exactly the same. Maybe a few growls and screams in the song might have been enough.

mark-kai-alex randomness I was responding to homeboy, but this bands uniqueness is gone and honestly them being metalcore had a lot to do with the bands identity now they just blend in with every other rock band you hear on the radio, I do enjoy this rendition tho

I think they ruined this song by one simple thing Danny needs to scream if he just really screamed this it would be like wow this is different. Instead I am going with this isn't rock this is just a little bit more guitar that knocks the song out of tempo. Danny screaming would have changed a lot of that. Still love AA as well, but your comment sums this song up well.
