I think the appeal of the air wrap was that it’s less damaging? Also the flow of the air when it’s wrapping around the barrels if using the curling attachment is key for smoothing and frizz. Same thing with the dryer, allegedly is less damaging because it regulates the temperature a “bazillion times a second” where as a tradition dryer can make hot spots and burn your hair. They price is nuts either way but people pay it for less damage.
I've been a subscriber of your since you filmed out of your closet all those years ago. I also love fashion, skin care, beauty products, ect. That being said, many of us don't have the same budget that you do to afford all the high end products. I may only speak for a few viewers, or maybe a lot but I would love to see more real life things that you'd like to share, hobbies, day to day vlogs, things you are passionate about besides just acquiring new stuff. I really love your personality & I believe there is so much more you could share than just getting new stuff all the time. Alot of us live in a very different situation & can't relate to all of that but still want to see you put out down to earth content.
Love love love my airwrap! I will say I have not recommended to friends with thinner hair that dries easy though. I don’t think it’s worth it for them. I have thick coarse wavy hair that is difficult to keep smooth blow drying. I can get a salon level blowout in 20 minutes at home with my airwrap and cannot live without it. I wash my hair ~2 times a week and style with it and my hair looks nice until the next wash

I used to have that hair dryer for years! If not that one one very similar. I did end up upgrading to a dyson the limited edition pink one that was on the Sephora sale like 3yrs ago. I do like my Dyson, but hey- whatever floats peoples boats! I’m definitely of the mind that you don’t have to spend big money to feel good.

I so very much appreciate you saying that we don’t have to have crazy expensive devices because so many times I think you’re right, but there’s this hope that some product out there that will make our dreams come true. Probably if we could just try it we’d find that we can do without, but they’re selling the dream.

What advise would you give yourself going into your thirties. Where were you in life, what are you proud of, what would repeat? I know you are in your thirties still but figure that is the perfect time to reflect. I am 27, a teacher, and single. Great Video! I always love watching your videos, they make me so happy. I remember meeting you wayyy back in the day and it feels like you have stayed true to your genuine self and have qualities and a lifestyle I aspire.
