Carrot Cake CREAMi Ice Cream

This tastes just like a decadent carrot cake with a sweet cream cheese frosting. it's rich and bold but well-balanced. Walnuts and raisins could be topped or mixed in. This was made in the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe.
