How long does the hybrid battery last? I’m thinking of getting a 2014 q50 hybrid premium but it has 80,000 miles, should I be worried about the battery giving out?
They hybrid system is designed to last the life of the car, about 200-300k miles. I would have it inspected. If the transmission goes out on the hybrid, its more expensive than replacing a regular Q50 transmission, about $15,000 for a new one installed at INFINITI. Its pretty rare they fail, and if its well cared for you could easily get another 100k miles. Just have an INFINTI dealer inspect it before you buy it. Minor seepage is no big deal on an older car like that and if the subframe is leaking its not really a huge deal and is very common on older INFINITIS build on the Q50s FM platform.
No I own this same car same year same miles for 3 years now and I love it I've drove it to Sanfransco and Las Vegas love the performance and pretty good on ⛽️ yours truly lady redd❤️🔥
@@el_jefe1626 dam that much?? I test drove one them q50 hybrid other day and i didn’t think it was much faster than my G37 but it was a dope car 💯403 tq a lot lol
The last E500 I think was in 2003 and it produced 302-hp and went 0-60-mph in 5.8 seconds, the Hybrid Q50 does 0-60-mph in 4.9 seconds and makes 360-hp, so its a second quicker than the E500, also the E-Class is a larger vehicle so its heaver. The Q50 is more along the size of a C-Class. The AMG might be faster but it cost twice as much new. Most people consider 0-60-mph in under 5 seconds pretty quick, especially for a hybrid that can get over 30-mpg
@@infinitioftacoma1 don’t pay attention on this kind of comments ... I’m the owner one of these q50s hybrids - it’s a rocket !!!! Next I need an fully electro like Tesla .. v8 etc in the past

Do you think I could install a turbo in it?
They make turbos for the 3.5 V6 but I nevery saw one on a hybrid, I think it would be hard to do on a hybrid
How much torque combined with the gas engine and electric engine ?
Combined torque is a little over 400 pound feet, 258 from engine and 214 from electric traction motor. Its actually more toque than the Red Sport 400
