Dear Muraleedharan sir, what are the mix or material that can be applied on the finished IB walls in order to fill in the in-between gaps of the bricks? Do we have to apply putty or any chemical mix to fill the gaps? Secondly do we have have to apply any varnish type chemical solution over the wall for finish? Please answer on these two points. Hi sir. I am regularly watching your videos. We are planning a house in namakkal district of tamilnadu. But we are confused to choose between interlock and laterite. Which is best suited in terms of budget and construction possibilities .
Interlock refuses the cost of construction
Thanks for your reply sir. But taking the size of both laterite and interlock ( volume) many are saying that the cost is same for both. As laterite is two times bigger than interlock and so it costs more. In addition. You are telling interlock price as 22. But where we can source interlock at such a low cost in Kerala? Because many qouting 35 go 40 per piece without transportation. After 15 yrs the first line interlock is getting damaged due to moisture. How to deal with these problems
