Boxing Spar Bar DIY - Simple Version - $30

This is the Simple Version of the spar bar, using a metal pipe for the post and a PVC pipe for the swinging arm. Height of the post and length of the arm can be adjusted. Total build cost is around $30: umbrella base $20, PVC pipe, tee and hose clamps $5, metal pipe $6.
