i been using your 2nd method the past week or 2, just randomly popped up in my head that it might work and i been profitable 100 percent of the time using it. i use 4h and 1h to trade. you just confirmed it was an actual working strategy. the more u trade the more u can learn ppl. i learned that 2nd method he mentioned by just watching the timeframes.

I have one caveat: When you see an asset falling precipitously on 4 hour and lower time frames, it makes sense sometimes to check out whether all these lower time frame guys are/are not walking into institutional buyers who are hanging around at the longer term moving averages on the daily, weekly, and monthly time frames. Good video.

This is what they called price action and he taught us to read them properly and just by looking high timeframes and make an aggressive entry or wait for candle stick patterns in low time frames, that is the best way you can do it right the first time you trade in forex.

Day 3 of learning trading ( i just want to pick the big idea for now)
Heres a rule for timeframes that works, The Shorter the time frame the bigger the lies (1m , 5m, 15m are all filled with noise)
anything above 1hr+ is pretty accurate
