Have you wanted to add a logo to your video files but don't have any software available to you other than Photoshop? If so, this tutorial is for you. It's a pretty straightforward process. I use Photoshop CC 2015 in the video, but this capability has been available to Photoshop users since version CS3.

when I drag the bottom layer to the top it doesn't move from the end to the top of the other layer in timeline window, instead it goes to he front, what could be wrong

2:34 now Photoshop changed the Shift key to Ctrl key.

So I have Photoshop Elements 2018...will this work with that program? It doesn't appear to recognize movie files when I tried to select one...

I did a bit of research and it looks like Photoshop Elements doesn't support video. I guess Adobe did that because they want you to buy Premiere Elements for video editing.
